The Crash

Part 14

~A few weeks later~

As those few weeks went by Betty and Jughead had gotten so much closer, if that was even possible. The two of them were trying to keep their relationship a secret because they didn't want Fp to keep them away from each other or Emma to be confused...but Fp had his suspicions about them being together. Anyways, since Betty and Jughead had gotten together she hadn't had any dreams about the crash, which had been amazing for her considering the fact that she could finally get some sleep. But now, Betty was laying in her boyfriend's arms while they watched a movie on the couch. Jughead ran his fingers through Betty's hair while she was looking at the TV screen but he was mainly just looking at her.

Betty- Juggie...

Jughead- Yes?

Betty- I can feel you staring. (giggles)

Jughead- Sorry, you just look so beautiful.

Betty- But I'm not even doing anything.

Jughead- Exactly.

Betty began to blush bright red while he turned her head towards him and began kissing her lips softly...then he moved to her neck, making her moan slightly. He sucked on her neck while his hands traveled down to her butt when suddenly the front door opened. The two of them pulled away from each other as quickly as possible but as Fp saw the two of them, he just chuckled.

Emma- Mama!

Betty- Hey baby girl, come here!

The little girl ran to Betty and jumped into her lap while Jughead turned on a show for her. But then Fp cleared his throat, trying to get the teenager's attention; it worked.

Fp- You two, in the kitchen please.

They looked at each other nervously before standing up. But Emma immediately turned to Betty.

Emma- Mommy, where are you going?

Betty- In the kitchen for a minute, we'll be right back. You just stay here.

She nodded and turned her head back to the TV. Betty and Jughead made their way to the kitchen but as they saw Fp, Betty's breathing instantly quickened. Jughead instantly noticed and took her hand.

Jughead- Shh, it's okay. (whispers)

Fp- Alright, can you two finally tell me the truth about what's going on here?

Jughead- U-Um...Betty and I-

Betty- We're together. I'm sorry we didn't say anything. We were just scared that you would try to keep us away from each other and we didn't want that so we thought that hiding it from you was the best choice. (breathes quickly)

Fp- Hey, sweetheart, calm down. It's okay, I understand.

Jughead- You do?

Fp- Yes, and I've known you two were together, I just wanted you to tell me.

Betty- How'd you know?

Fp- Well, that.

He said as he pointed to the girl's neck making her blush bright red.

Fp- You were also just obviously hiding something and always wanted to be together, so yeah.

Jughead- Well...you caught us. (chuckles)

Betty- Can you just not tell Emma yet? I don't want her to get confused or anything.

Fp- Of course, that's up to you two.

They both nodded and Jughead wrapped his arms around Betty's stomach. Fp smiled and let them go back to Emma who was still watching TV on the couch. The little girl crawled into Betty's lap and laid in her arms while Jughead continued to hold his girlfriend's hand. The rest of the day, Betty, Jughead, Fp and Emma played around the house but now Emma was asleep and Betty and Jughead were cuddling in her bed. Betty was lying against Jughead's chest while his arms were around her stomach. They talked quietly with each other for a long time, just wanting to be together, but then Fp walked in.
