42. Did I Love You?

Younghoon with his broad muscular body, shirtless was hovering over jieun. None of them had any clothes on their body.

Both of them panting and breathing heavily. Younghoon pecked her forehead before falling next to her. He soon wrapped his arms over her waist, snuggling his neck.

"I'm staying" he replies and she smiles wrapping her arms around him.

His phone binged indicating a notification. He ignored the notification since the one in his arms was more important.

Taehyung sat just infront of jennie and jimin. He had hooded eyes pretending to interogate them.

He was continuously texting seokjin since he was pretty well knew no one else is free enough to spare time for words from a single.

But he just realised seokjin is ignoring him too.

"so we are dating from a few months now. As you know both of us knew each other because of irene unnie. We met again during the time of y/N's and jungkook's wedding and decided to give a chance to each other" jennie said.

"who confessed first?" taehyung asked.

Jimin raised his hand "me" he said in tiny and taehyung nodded.

He drank a little bit of coke when his phone ringed. The caller ID read 'Joonie hyung'.

He immediately picked the call, "yes hyung?"

"THE FUCK NO ONE IS PICKING UP. WHY IS JUNGKOOK'S PHONE MUTED. WHY THE FUCK IS YOONGHOON IGNORING ME AND WTF IS SEOKJIN HYUNG NOT REPLYING TO MY TEXTS AND WHERE TF IS JIMIN WHY IS HIS PHONE OUT OF REACH." namjoon started screaming so hard that he thought he got possessed by Jin's ghost.

" calm down hyung. I'll contact everyone. They must be busy in some kind of very personal affairs" he says glaring at jimin and jennie who looked elsewhere.

"call everyone and tell them to come to the police station. They got evidence on who planted the bomb in jungkook's car." namjoon said and taehyung widens his eyes.

"I'll be there with the others immediately" he said and got up. Namjoon hung up and looked at jisoo who was there infront of him.

They were in a conference room. It was room in the police station where the meeting were held hence they were sitting here to discuss the matter, currently waiting for the others.

Yoongi was not suprised with namjoon's screaming but jisoo was. She paused with Pilling the papers and looked at him.

"I'm sorry, they are my brothers" he said and she nodded.

"it's okay happens. As much as I have interacted with y/n, your family is not a normal one." says jisoo and yoongi laughs realising she said the truth.

On the other side taehyung jolted up from his seat. "I don't care about your love affair. Good job finding jennie and bad job jennie for choosing jimin. Whatsoever congratulations. We need to hurry up. They found out who planted the bomb in jungkook's car." he said and it took jennie and jimin a minute to understand what happened.

" oh omg. But wait did u call me a bad choice? " jimin asks being extremely offended.

He did not get time to make a scene since taehyung dashed towards the private room to call jungkook.

Jennie also followed leaving jimin behind, he had no choice but to follow them as well.

" you are hired." seokjin says looking at the girl infront.

She lifts her head "huh?".

"well yes you heard it right. You are hired." he repeats himself.

"but why? I mean how? I did not tell you about my qualifications" she says.

He chuckles "you are an amazing Baker I know that." he repeats.

She had no idea what he was speaking.

"I'm sorry I did not quite get what you are saying" she says in doubt.

He chuckles and looks at her "jeongyeon it's me, sunbae jin. You used to be junior in culinary school. I am dissappointed you forgot me." he says and she covers her mouth widening her eyes.

"I-I did not forget you. I did not think you would remember me." she says being suprised.

"oh lord how can I forget you. I used to be you mentor. We participated in so mmay competitions together, moreover you were the only Korean in our department" he said and she blushed at the fact he remembered her.

"oh" she exclaims.

Seokjin gets up and pats her shoulders. "let's go"

"I'll take you to-" he couldn't complete when he got a call.

"yes namj-" he couldn't complete when namjoon burst out.

"To the police station asap. Right now." namjoon says in an urgent voice.

"ohk" the call gets cut.

"I'll take you to lunch sometime else. You are hired congratulations." he says and was rushing out when jeongyeon stopped her.

"wait. What should I do?" she asks.

He looks around. "you can take a look around the bakery. The passcode to every lock is the same 1992. Lock everything before leaving" he shouts as he leaves and jeongyeon looks at him dumbfounded.

She looks around to see the bakery was just ready to be inaugurated.

She sits in a chair and puts her bag on the table. "I guess I need to give a tour to myself." she mumbles.

...

Jungkook gets up from the bed, pushing y/n off him slowly and steadily so as to not wake her. He picked his phone.

"jungkook, to the police station now" he hears namjoon's voice. Only to see taehyung, jimin and jennie walk in while breathing heavily.

He looked at them confused. "let's go. We took the stairs since it was more dramatic this way but looks like we need ventilators right now" he said and jungkook rolled his eyes at his words.

Such idiots. He cut the call and looked at y/n sleeping figure.

"it's the one who planted the bomb. They are calling us to the police station" says jimin. Who was the first to calm down with the intense breathing battle.

Jungkook nodded. He walked inside caressed her forehead and gave a forehead kiss before picking his coat and phone to leave.

They all left the room. Just when the sound of door closing stung the room, y/n slowly opened her eyes.

"having the meal, without inviting the one who hunted it" she mumbled.
