Sammee's POV

The Guardians of the Galaxy. That's who stood in front of us. Thanos had his hand covering my mouth as he used me to set a false reality for them. The chains burned as I had to keep it up. I was crying and just wanted it to stop.

Thanos made me replay what he did to the Collector, but he kept me out of the illusion. It was just Thanos. He repeated the conversation and halfway through I heard a large clank. Drax the Destroyer was just put to sleep by Mantis. He tried to break away from the group to fight Thanos on his own, but they couldn't have that. The fake Thanos picked Tivan up and threw him in one of the collection pods he kept his shiny creatures in. Thanos looked around and a war cry sounded. Gamora.

Gamora jumped over a large crate and came down on Thanos with a sword. He dodged the first two swings and easily caught the sword on the third, shattering it into pieces. With the sharp remnants, she plunged the short piece of sword, still attached to the handle, into Thanos's neck. Gamora then took out another blade, a blade Thanos personally gave her the day they met, and stabbed it into his chest.

The illusion Thanos grunted as she stepped back to watch her adoptive father die.

"Why?" The illusion softly asked as he stumbled back and fell to the floor. He was still holding his neck to try and slow the bleeding. "Why you, daughter?" He asked and Gamora started to cry.

I felt my body start to shake violently at the pain I was in. Pure lava flowed through me as I cried with Gamora. She dropped the broken blade and fell to her knees, sobbing.

The Collector started to clap like it was a movie before he cupped his hands around his mouth.

"Magnificent! Magnificent! Magnificent!" He yelled.

"Is that sadness I sense in you, daughter?" The real Thanos asked. "In my heart, I always knew you still cared." He told her as he stepped forward with me and slowly dropped the illusion around us, showing the real reality. Knowhere was in flames and the illusion of Thanos disappeared, followed by the illusion of Tivan. "But one never knows for sure." He said thoughtfully. I cried out at the stress my body was going through and Thanos finally dropped his nasty hand from my mouth. "Reality is often disappointing." Thanos explained.

Gamora's eyes widened as she looked around us at the flames before her eyes landed on me and my trembling form.

"That is, it was." Thanos explained. "Now," he muttered and placed a hand on my head to pet my hair. I hated when he touched me. It made me sick.

I looked into Gamora's eyes and begged her to kill me. I didn't want to hurt them, or my friends. She didn't know what to make of it. Her mouth hung open as she stared at me. Once the illusion was completely gone, the golden chains disappeared to show the burns again. Gamora gasped softly as she saw the raised, angry skin.

"Reality can be whatever I want." Thanos said as he pushed me to the side to step up to Gamora.

"You knew I'd come." Gamora told him. With his attention on her, I snuck away to find Peter Quill and the other Guardians. Only half of them were here since Rocket and Groot went with Thor to Nidavellir, trying to make a weapon to kill the mad Titan with.

The Guardians of the Galaxy normally consisted of Peter Quill (the leader), Rocket Raccoon, Gamora, Groot, Drax the Destroyer, and Mantis. They were the ones that found Thor floating through space. Unfortunately, Rocket wasn't here. Rocket wouldn't think twice if I asked him to kill me. The others would need some convincing.

I slipped behind a crate and found Peter and Mantis still hiding. They were listening intently to the conversation Thanos was having with Gamora.

"Peter," I stressed, my voice hurt from crying so much. Peter jumped and turned to me. He had his gun in hand and pointed it at me. My current state surprised him and he lowered the gun a bit, softening his features a little.

"How do you know my name?" He asked in a commanding tone. I shook my head.

"It doesn't matter, I don't have time to explain." I sniffled. "It's all wrong. It wasn't supposed to be like this. I need you to kill me." I told him. His expression completely dropped and he lowered the gun.

"What is with people telling me that today?" He asked.

"Peter, please." I pleaded as more tears streamed down my face. "Somethings wrong with this, I can feel it. This wasn't supposed to happen." I stressed. "Please," I said again and crouched to his level.

Gamora screamed and Peter's attention left me to find her. Drax woke up from Mantis's sleep trance and stood with a mission to complete.

"Thanos!" He yelled at him and charged.

I felt the moment Thanos used the Reality Stone. The golden chains reappeared and I screamed out in pain. Peter looked at me in shock before the chains pulled my body back to Thanos. My hand raised as a red wave of energy emitted from me and smacked into Drax. His body fell apart in cubes. I wondered if it hurt him at all and prayed it didn't.

Mantis was next as I waved my hand in her direction. As soon as the red wave hit her, her body unraveled like a ribbon and she fell on the ground.

"Let them go, Grimace." Peter demanded as he pointed the gun at Thanos.

"Peter," Gamora called.

"I told you to go right." He told her. She blindly attacked instead of staying with the others.

"Now? Really?" She half sobbed.

"You let them go!" Peter yelled again. I noticed he said 'them' instead of 'her' like the movie. Was he including me in this?

"Ah, the boyfriend." Thanos sighed.

"No," Quill growled. "Like to think of myself more as a Titan-killing long-term booty call. Let them go!"

"Peter," Gamora tried to reason.

"I'm going to blow that nutsack of a chin right off your face."

"Not him." Gamora told Quill. Peter looked down at Gamora as she pleaded with her eyes. "You promised. You promised." She whimpered. Peter took a shaky breath before aiming the gun lower at her.

"Oh, daughter." Thanos sighed. "You expect too much from him."

"You expect too little." I shot back through my tears. I was sick of crying, but couldn't stop. It was my bodies reaction to everything happening, but what I really felt was rage, hate, violent anger.

"She's asked, hasn't she?" Thanos questioned, completely ignoring me. Peter was stuck looking from Thanos to Gamora. "Do it." He prompted. When Peter just stood there, working up the courage, Thanos pushed Gamora toward Peter's gun. "Do it!" He yelled. I whimpered to the side of them and Peter glanced at me before going back to Gamora. His lip was shaking and he stumbled.

"I told you to go right." He whispered in a heartbroken tone.

"I love you more than anything." Gamora told him.

"I love you, too." Peter said back. He took heavy deep breaths to psych himself up and did something that surprised me. He turned the gun at the last second and aimed at me, pulling the trigger as he closed his eyes. I cried out softly when the chains tightened and the only thing that came out of the gun were bubbles. "W-why?" He asked me.

"I'm so sor- I'm so-" I whispered back between soft cries of pain. The gun completely disappeared from his hand and Thanos turned to look at me.

"I like him." He told Gamora. I screamed and curled in on myself as a blue light erupted from me to create a wormhole back to the ship, sucking me, Thanos, and Gamora into it.

Incase you are confused on why Sammee is connected to the gauntlet, it's because she's connected to the stones. We don't know why she connected to the stones, but with Thanos in control of the stones, he controls Sammee and her power.

This was the first time we've met the Guardians! What do you think? I changed it a bit, but not by much. How do you think Gamora will react to Sammee?
