"Oh my God."

"What?"

"I -"  He opened his mouth multiple times, but didn't say any words.  Just mouthed them.

"Say something!"

"You're making me just want to stay here with you and not go to the premiere."

Melanie laughed.  "Oh, you want to take the dress off?"

"Very much."

"You can't miss the premiere," she smiled.  "The movie is literally named for your character.  Come," she said, nodding out the suite's doors.  "We'll make out in the car."

"Fair enough," he smirked.

After a half-hour ride, they had arrived at the El Capitan Theater for the World Premiere.  And then after Mel re-applied her makeup quickly, they walked out the door of the limo, hand in hand.

Melanie had never seen so many cameras.   As soon as they stepped out of the car — they weren't even on the carpet yet — flashed began flashing, cameras clicked.  People called their names.  "Mr. Stan, over here!"  or  "Miss Fissaro, look here!"

Mel was overwhelmed.  She looked from side to side, her face probably showing how she felt.

"It's okay," Sebastian whispered to her, smiling.  "Just smile and turn side to side.  You can look wherever.  They'll all get pictures."

Melanie nodded and began smiling, looking side to side. They walked along the carpet, stopping every so often to pose for a camera, whether it be in front of the white background patterned with the logo, or the poster of the movie.

Further down the carpet, they came to the interviewers with their cameras.

"You don't have to be in the interviews if you don't want," Seb told her, waiting for the first interviewer to give him a signal to come over.

"I don't mind," she said. "It'll be exciting."

Sebastian smiled at her.  The woman interviewer looked over at him, as a signal to come over.

"And here he is now! Hi, Sebastian, how are you?" she said, looking from the camera then to him.

"I'm good, I'm good," he smiled.

"Such a great night for the premiere.  How are you feeling?"

"Excited.  I haven't even watched the whole thing through yet."

"I'm excited to see what it's going to be.  And who's your date tonight?" she said, looking at Mel.

Sebastian looked back at Mel, then put his arm around her back.

"This is my Melanie," he replied.  Melanie smiled at the interviewer and waved.

"Hi," said Melanie, leaning into the mic.

"Nice to meet you, Sebastian's Melanie," smiled the interviewer.

"I was going to say my girlfriend, then started thinking Melanie.  Said them both," he laughed.

"I'll take it," said the interviewer. "How are you?"

"I'm good. It's overwhelming, being here, actually. Seeing all the photos and everyone all at once not in costume or anything. So many people.  It's fun."

"Is this your first premiere?"

"It is, actually. This is the first movie I've worked on."

"And you're a makeup artist, right?"

"And she's a good one, too," said Sebastian. "That poster over there, she had a blast doing that."

He pointed to the photo of himself as the Winter Soldier behind them, with the black makeup around his eyes.

The interviewer turned around for a glance, then laughed.

"How did it feel when you saw yourself in the makeup for the first time? Full costume, metal arm?"

"It felt, like, almost weird. Crazy, actually. It barely looked like me."

"And the metal arm, was that all CGI?"

"No, actually.  They had to take a wax mold of me and everything.  I have pictures.  It's hard to move around in, but I think it helps, kinda, you know, get into character."

"That's very cool. And what did you think of Sebastian in the metal arm and all the makeup, Melanie?"

Melanie laughed, then looked at Sebastian. "I thoroughly enjoyed it," she said. "I thought he was so cute for the longest time, you know, and I got to put all this makeup on him, and do his hair, and that was really fun. I know it's supposed to be, you know, ooh, Winter Soldier," she said, waving her hands, "but he's adorable."

"I'm not scary?" he asked, jokingly. He smiled at her.

Melanie looked up at him and chuckled a bit.

"You're scary. Just not to me," she said. "Look at that picture, it's so intimidating." She pointed to the poster photo of the Winter Soldier.

Sebastian laughed.

"You two are the cutest," said the interviewer, smiling. "Alright well, see Sebastian Stan, and Melanie Fissaro's makeup work in Captain America: the Winter Soldier! Enjoy the premiere, you guys."

"Bye, thank you," they said, in chorus. They walked down the carpet.

"You did amazing," he told her.

Melanie blushed. "I tried."

"You did it! For your first interview, that was good."

"Thank you," she said. She looked further down at two more interviewers.

"Too many?" Seb asked, following her gaze. "You don't have to. Some people have finished. You can meet them down there if you want."

"I'll take you up on that," she said. "I'll see you in a minute, okay?" She gave him a short kiss, and heard cameras snap quicker than usual. She smiled at the journalists quickly, then walked off to the other side, people snapping photos as she went.
