After some humorous situations, Junko adopts Danmaku as her new son. When they first met, Junko tried to erase Danmaku but failed because Danmaku was made of void

Danmaku looks really happy with his new mother, she asks him how he got to the moon. After telling everything to Junko, she can only pity him and she promises him that she will be the best mother he's ever had.

Junko: I'm so sorry to hear what you've been through.

Danmaku: it's okay mom! At least i escaped my old life.

Junko is surprised, the last time Junko was called mother was from her old son who was murdered thousands of years ago. After hearing that from her new son, she couldn't hold back her emotions and hugged him tightly. Danmaku sees this and returned the hug.
