<Belladonna POV> The next few days passed in a blur and soon I was to be the only vamp in town. The Cullens were leaving, Eddie had convinced himself he was too dangerous for Bella to be around and the others agreed. Anyway! I needed to get to school so I got dressed and did my hair and make up to match. Nothing was getting in my way today, nothing at all.

When I pulled up to school, the first thing I saw was Bella, she was leaning against her truck looking at the Cullens' empty parking spaces. It made me miss them more. I started to tear up but instead of crying like Bella was starting to do, I hardened my resolve, and walked past her into school, pulling her along with me, away from the traitorously empty plot.
