"You aren't really going with them, Donna?" Bella asked, "Are you?" I stopped where I was packing, stared at the wall for a second before continuing to pack while responding to Bella.
"Bells, remember when you were depressed for months because Eddie moved away?" It was a stupid question - no-one would ever forget what Bella went threw - she nodded anyway, "You were like that due to the mate bond between you and Eddie. It's worse in all-vampire relationships - for the first few months at least, I have to be with them non-stop or within a 10m radius of them. I can already feel he pain in my chest starting from being away from them for too long." I explained and I could see her amber eyes fill with pain, knowing roughly what I was already going through.
Suddenly the dull pain in my chest increased to a stabbing sensation causing me to speed up my packing hoping to see my mates again soon.
