<Belladonna POV>

It had been 24 hours and I had slept over at the Cullen's the night before so I was still in the same outfit, I redid my hair just as Eddie carried Bells downstairs. I watched the whole thing in slow - motion, Bella was placed on the sofa and Alice handed her, her drink it slipped though her hands, clattering to the floor but I wasn't worried about that - Bells had tried to catch it breaking her spine in the process. I quickly jumped into action, directing Eddie to the table we had specially set up when I was here last week. Carlisle and I had discussed this and while he was a doctor, I had performed multiple vampire births and haven't had a single death and don't plan to add my sister as the first on the list, I would be doing the C-section while Carlisle made himself scarce. I didn't need him distracting me as well as Eddie and most likely the dog. I carefully cut across her stomach, being able to bare the scent of the blood on my hands after doing this so many times. Soon I lifted little Renesmee out and directed Eddie to bite quickly once Nessie's cord was cut and safe from the venom and Bells heart was still beating. I cleaned Ren and handed her to Rose as I went back over to Eddie, who was biting Bells wherever he can.

"Eddie!" He looked up at me, tears in his eyes, "She's not dead, I have seen this happen so many times Eddie, her heart is still pumping so the venom will spread in time but her body is recovering from the birth, almost dying and the venom all at once, she will be fine just give her body time to catch up." He nodded, "In the meantime, why don't you get to know you're daughter." He gazed up at me, he was probably too out of it to realise he had a child let alone a daughter. I smiled, helped him up and led him to change out of his blood covered clothes before leading him to where Rose was rocking Nessie while quietly singing. I smiled as Eddie took her into his arms and bounced her, her tiny hand escaping the blankets and fisting in her daddy's shirt before the babe drifted off to sleep. I knew we had to treasure these sorts of moments as in 7 years she will be fully grown and an 18 year old. Therefore, I took a photo of the bittersweet moment, the only thing that can make it better is my sweet, sweet sister who was still unconscious upstairs.

Come on Bells, I know you will survive this. I thought to myself But please wake up before you miss your babies' entire life.
