Rachel Green: She isn't a bitch about it, but she is a little smug when the person realizes that you're hers. She probably did something subtle like kissing you on the cheek.
Ross Geller: He gets annoyed but doesn't do anything about it in the moment. He'll be a little more touchy or loving afterwards though.
Monica Geller: We all know she'd be possessive as fuck but she'd want to hide how jealous she is. She'd come up and start talking with you and whoever is flirting with you, hinting in conversation and by touching you that you're taken. She feels very proud when the person leaves
Phoebe Buffay: She's not afraid to straight up ask the person why they're flirting with her girlfriend/boyfriend/significant other.
Joey Tribbiani: He'd introduce himself as a famous soap opera star, showing off to the person and also to you.
Chandler Bing: I don't think he would do anything initially. He'd step in if you were drunk or obviously trying to get away. This doesn't mean he doesn't care though, he'd probably admit it upset him afterwards.
