A song for you II

JENNIE's POV

I slowly walked off to the stage while the field and place is filled with chants and cheering from my schoolmates. Am I really doing this? Am I really about to perform in front of everyone? Can I do it? Am I allowed to do it?
'I can't... I'm scared.' I stopped my steps as soon as I was already in front of my keyboard, I couldn't even take a sit. I was just about to take a step back when a beautiful face flashed in my mind.

"I love you, Jennie."

"Baby... the video that you sent me last night. It was beautiful, thanks for the song love."

"You may not know this... and now you're about to. You're songs, baby, it brings serenity in my life."

I took another deep breath before sitting down. I ran my fingers across the key, I shivered for this is the first time that I am here - in front of these people, about to perform.

I looked around to see everyone smiling and cheering, I saw my friends acting like crazy fangirls which made me chuckle. I roamed my eyes a little to their side where Lisa is watching me with so much admiration, I smiled a little at her which she immediately reciprocated.

'I love you.' She mouthed.

I took the mic from the stand. "Hi," Everyone goes wild and I chuckled a little at that. "This song is for Lisa." That's all I said before I turn around to face the keyboard.

'Let's do this.'

I played the keyboard as I closed my eyes to stay calm and just to feel everything that I could ever feel for the person who inspired this song.

Once again my eyes found Lisa. 6 years, and she is still the one. I will love her for as long as my breath allowed me to and maybe even after.

Life with her in Amsterdam was everything that I could ever ask for. Three years of us being together, wasn't perfect but it was what I needed and until now, life with her is still the dream I would strive to fulfill.

As long as you want me to
And longer by far

This relationship won't end on my end. It will never be my last straw, she has all the decisions in her hands - that's why maybe somehow there's still some room for terrifying thought because I know the moment she found out that I am lying to her this whole time, she may or may not leave me. And I am hoping for the latter. I may not be certain of what's gonna happen next, what I am certain though is the fact that she is mine, and she will be for eternity. I will make sure that it's us until the end.

I finished the song and I immediately went backstage to meet her and my friends there while the student are still chanting and cheering. I saw her running to me, I smiled widely before I picked her up and spin her around while we were laughing.

"Baby!" She laughed. I put her down as I rest my hands on her waist. "I am so proud of you."

I snuggles my face to her neck and gave it a peck as I inhaled her scent. It always gives me a sense of calmness. "This is all for you, princess."

"Jen!"

Lisa and I were squeezed out to death as soon as our friends came and gave us a big bear hug.

"I am so happy for you!" Nayeon said while wiping her invisible tears or maybe not. I chuckled at that.

"You did it." Irene Unnie tap my head.

"Little step." Jisoo meaningfully looks at me while I gave her an understanding nod. "Little step to bigger progress. Life is slowly getting better.'

They all congratulated me until we decided to celebrate and hang out at my penthouse. I was about to protest since they are just gonna make a mess but I saw how excited Lisa was at the thought of hanging out with our friends so I just let it be.

I am driving Lisa and I back to the penthouse while the others are just following us with their cars. I was resting my right hand at her lap while the other is of course, at the stirring wheel.

"Love,"

I looked at her and squeezed her lap to let her know that I heard her.

She smiled at me and gave me a peck on the cheeks which made me flustered. 'Damn. This girl really has a stronghold on me huh. She still makes me flustered.' I just gave her a curious gaze which she replied with a chuckle.

"What was that for?"

"Nothing," She gave me another peck. "I just love you so much that's why."

My smile slowly became wider which made her chuckle even more and I can't stop myself from chuckling now too. "I love you too, baby."

"I know," She said which made us both laugh.

"Hon," We were silent for another moment when she called me again.

"Hm,"

"I will... love you too," She held my hand on her lap tighter. "For as long as my life allowed me to. I will love you until the end of everything, you're it for me, Jennie. No one else." She kiss my knuckled right after she said that.

I immediately parked my car at the side of the road. I don't care if my friends would question us or whatever. "You and your words," I said before I leaned in to give her a passionate kiss. I just can't do this just after she said that. I just had to do this. I break away from the kiss to give her time to breathe but it didn't take too long before I leaned for another kiss again while our friends are banging on my window car. It's no problem, doors are locked and windows are tinted.

'You're it for me too, Lisa, since from the very beginning.'
