About my insecurities, it started when I got rejected. Remember I said that I never fell in love in my life, well that's a lie. I've been in love once, back when I was in 9th grade. I've had a crush on this guy for almost 2 years, during valentines day I decided to confess my feelings to him but things went wrong. He rejected me in front of everyone and said "do you think any guy will like you? You're not even pretty, look at you and your ridiculous face. My advice to you is don't ever fall in love with any guys so that you wouldn't get rejected" I was crying "Don't play like a victim here, stop crying it's no use." He said and he pushed me hard making me fall down. As I was on the floor I can hear people laughing at me, that's when I decided to transfer school. But before I transferred I got bullied the whole school year of 9th grade. Some would assault me, throw things at me. Ever since that happened, I became insecure and depressed. My parents takes me to a therapist, until now I still visit my therapist. I felt a bit better ever since I started visiting my therapist, my therapist is very kind and caring. She's like an older sister to me, well my therapist Jisoo is also my sister's best friend. My friends know about my situation, my family and friends are the only ones who knows about this and since I'm a bit close to Sunoo he also knows but he tends to forget about it.
-Back to the story-
We're all going to hang out?! No, I can't go with them. I started to think of an excuse until I found one excuse, I have an appointment with my therapist today and it's not a lie. I really have an appointment with my therapist.
Uhm I don't think I can go with you guys. I said, they all looked at me which made me uncomfortable and more insecure.
Why? Amara asked and she pouted, she tends to act cute when she's upset. I smiled at her sheepishly before talking.
I have an appointment today. I said
With who? Savannah asked
My the- Jisoo unnie. I said, they know who Jisoo is because sometimes they come with me on my appointments.
Ahhh, too bad but that is more important. Yena said
Do you want us to come with you? We can wait for you. Sunoo said
No thanks, I'll probably take long. I said
What kind of appointment is that? Is it important? I really wanted to hang out with you guys today. Sunoo said, Sunoo is really sweet and caring... he has everything that a girl wants but I only see him as an older brother and he sees me as a sister.
Sunoo, did you forget again? The appointment that she always goes to every other day. Savannah said
Ahhh, sorry I forgot again... but your appointment is so far from here, do you think you can go there alone? We can take you there. Sunoo said
No thanks, I can go there alone. I'm going to take long there, I have a lot of things to bring out. I said
I'll go with you, you're going to need me there. Amara said
Fine. I said
We'll go now then. Amara said
Don't cry too much. Yena said
Maybe I'll cry first. Amara said and laughed
Maybe you will cry first. Savannah said and they laughed including Sunoo. The others have no idea on what's happening.
Byeee. Amara and I said and we both left
3rd person's POV
What appointment are they going to? If you don't mind me asking. Heeseung said
They're going to a clinic. Sunoo said
Yah Sunoo, can't you like shut your mouth for a second. Savannah said
Sorry. Sunoo said
May I ask why does she need to go visit a clinic? Seri asked
It's technically not a clinic for sick people but okay fine... Chelsea will get mad for this but she has depression. She started visiting a therapist ever since she was in 9th grade. Her depression never got any better, I don't know but what I know is it's hard to have depression. Yena said
I can relate to that, I used to be depressed when my grandma died last year. Thankfully I met Jungwon and he became my happiness. Seri said
Wait, so Seri and Jungwon are together? They're a couple. Yena thought
That's good, it's nice that you're happy now. At least you found your special someone. All I want for Chelsea is that she finds someone who will love her. The real reason that Chelsea became like that is because of love. She got rejected before and got humiliated in front of everyone, she then got bullied. Yena said
That's just mean, why would they bully her just for that reason. Seri said
I don't know. Savannah said
Let's just go, you guys can talk about this later. Jungwon said with his stern voice
Excuse him, he's always like that. He's cold on the outside but he's warm on the inside. Seri said
Duh, he should be warm on the inside or else he'll be dead. Just kidding. Amara thought
Okay let's go then, Jungwon is such a mood killer. I was so into the whole story but did you have to ruin it. Heeseung said
Whatever. Jungwon said
Yah, Yang Jungwon. I'm older than you, even if you're the leader I'm still older that you. Arghhh, this kid really. Heeseung said
I thought we were going already? Sunoo said
Right, let's go. Heeseung said, they were all about to leave but then someone's phone rang.
Whose phone is that? Seri asked
Mine. Jungwon said with his stern voice as he reach inside his pocket. We heard Jungwon sigh before answering the call.
Hello mom. Jungwon said on the phone
Fine, what time? Jungwon asked on the phone. What are they talking about?
