💛Mirio x Tamaki💜

Tamaki Amajiki has been a very good boy this week. He has acted right, done all his work, gone to all his classes, and even gotten all A's and B's on his report card! Mirio knew he needed to praise his little one and give him a reward. As Saturday morning approaches a baby Tamaki awakens in Mirio's arms. Stirring around from the sun hitting his eyes, he hides his face in Mirio's chest. "Good morning sunshine! How are you feeling?" The little one rumbled "Still tired?" Tamaki nodded. "Well I know you've had a long week and that's why I have decided to give you a little reward~" Tamaki peaked his head up in interest. "How do you feel about going to the zoo today?" He sat up in a hurry and squealed as he tried to make his way out of bed. Mirio grabbed him and pulled him back "Slow down there little one, we have to get ready and eat breakfast first. He nodded in response and got up slowly this time making his way to the floor where he sat down and waited. He yawned and stretched as Mirio got ready to head downstairs putting on Tamaki's and his own slippers. He picked the younger up and headed down stairs. Once they got downstairs Mirio sat Tamaki in a chair and put on paw patrol for him to watch. He made chocolate chip waffles for both of them and plain milk in Tamaki's paw patrol sippy cup for him. As he was waiting for the waffles to be done in the toaster he heard slight mumbling as he realized Tamaki had been singing the intro to the show. He smiled thinking about how sweet the boy could be and went on making breakfast.

After finishing the waffles he plated two for Tamaki along with some juice and fruit, then made his own plate. Tamaki wasn't a very talkative person no matter his age so when he was regressed he was practically nonverbal besides a few manners. Mirio looked up at Tamaki as he kicked his feet and ate his waffles with his hands, now covered in syrup. He chuckled a bit to himself and Tamaki looked over seemingly curious about what was amusing him. Mirio placed a kiss on his forehead which caused him to blush profusely and look back at the tv. Once they were both done eating they decided it would be best to take a bath and clean off but Mirio knew Tamaki always hated getting washed.

Whenever he was in the bath he just wanted to play so Mirio created a system to help with this. He would let Tamaki play while the tub was filling then he would get the big stuff out of the way like washing his hair. Tamaki did so with minimal whining and only contesting when some water got in his face. Next, he would let Tamaki play while he washed his body which almost always went smoothly unless he was really excited and played a little more carelessly. Luckily he was pretty tired today so he just played with his rubber ducks. Finally he would put on some light music while the bath was draining and he would let Tamaki sit until all the water was drained before he would dry off. Mirio was glad he didn't put up a fight today and they finished the rest of the morning with ease

Eventually they hopped into the car and went on they way to the zoo. The closer they got, the more excited Tamaki was which made him a little antsy. "Just hold on a little longer bud. Almost there!" Tamaki immediately recognized the parking lot as soon as they pulled in. Mirio got out and then helped Tamaki out of the car. They walked across the street hand in hand and started on the outskirts of the zoo where they had reptiles. With every animal that passed Tamaki became more and more excited and fascinated by them. He would hum and point a little bit at the ones he really liked and Mirio read out every sign along the way without fail.

They went inside next to look at the creatures in the tanks. They found a tunnel that was clear and you could walk through and see all the animal swimming or crawling around. Tamaki sat in awe in for a while before pointing at the glass and saying "Fish!" Mirio chuckled a bit "Yes good job baby, those are fish. There sure are a lot of them." Tamaki his finger to the wall and moved it around as a fish followed it. He giggled a little bit and this caught Mirios attention. He quickly took a picture and put his phone back before grabbing Tamaki and starting off again. They took a little break to sit down and get a drink before deciding to head outside.

After traveling outside they were met with birds, koalas, lions, and hippos. There were so many animals for Tamaki to look at he couldn't barely handle himself anymore. He was so excited he started stimming in order to calm himself down. Mirio noticed they were garnering a few looks but he didn't care, he stepped closer to Tamaki protectively and kept a close eye on those around him so no one would ruin their day.

Once they reached the end Tamaki started getting sleepy and rubbing his eyes a bit so Mirio took his hand and led him to the car. He helped him into his seat and buckled him up giving him his pack and a blanket from a book bag in the car. He gladly took them and fell asleep almost instantly. Mirio drove them back home in a comfortable silence. Tamaki Amajiki had indeed been a very good boy this week and Mirio was just happy that he was his boy.

A/N: I know it had been forever since I've posted and don't count on me posting regularly but I just wanted to write something because I've been in the mood. I don't know if I will keeping writing but I might since it's summertime again. It's been 2 years and for that I APOLOGIZE!!
