"Alrighty....now that Ms Chipkali is gone. Party karte hai yaar!" Cabir said out loud. "Chal Manik...Nandini ke saath ek dance to banta hai."
"What? No..mujhe dance nahi karna hai." Manik refused.
"Arre? Kyun nahi Manik bhai? Aap dono ki reception hai....ek dance pls. Nandini is a great dancer!" Riddhima begged.
"Yeah come one bhai! Come on bhabhi!" Dhruv also encouraged them.
"One Dance! One Dance! One Dance!" Everyone chanted.
Dhruv & Ishaan pushed Manik onto the dance floor while Riya & Riddhima did the same to Nandini making her fall into Manik's arms. The music started and MaNan was already lost in each other's eyes.

A man in a mask is seen among the many guest. Since everyone was paying attention to MaNan....nobody noticed him. He had a sharp knife in his hand and was looking straight at Manik.

While they were watching Manik & Nandini dance, Abhi noticed his parents walk in. First they were talking to Prithvi & Raj then they both saw MaNan dancing and watched emotionally.
"Oye.." Abhi nudged Cabir. "Woh dekh...Mom Dad aa gaye."
Cabir looked and was surprised to see them in tears as they watched Nandini. "Is it just me or are they crying?"
"Haan....ek kaam karte hai. Gaane ke baad Nandini se intro karwa deta hai Mom ki...Im sure kuch toh paata chal jayega." Abhi replied. Cabir nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile while dancing, Manik pulled Nandini closer and their bodies moved as one. It was as if no one else was around....just Manik & Nandini. (God...why is it soooo hard to decribe dancing?)

While dancing, Nandini noticed the man in the mask and saw him rush towards Manik with the knife out.
"MANIK!" Nandini screamed, pushing Manik out of the way and falling ontop of him in the process. The man was startled and cursed at his failure but quickly ran from there. Manik whipped his gun out and shot at him.
Bang! Bang!
"Aah!" Out of fear, Nandini screamed out and buried her face into Manik's shirt. Almost instinctively, Manik put one arm around her protectively and also to assure her. He motioned to Rehan who pulled out his gun and he & Dhruv ran after the man with a few more men. Cabir & Abhi stayed behind to see if Manik & Nandini were ok.
