Next Day...
Nandini arrived at the hospital with Nyonika and found Riddhima waiting for her. She tried to walk off in another direction but Nyonika stopped her.
"Rukho beta.....mujhe lagta hai tum dono ko baat karna chahiye." Nyonika said before leaving. Riddhima ran over and hugged Nandini.
"Nandini...Im so so so so sorry! Mujhe sach mein nahi malum tha ki tum meri behen ho. If I knew main kabhi yeh baat tumse nahi chupati. I would have told you....pls mujhse naraz mat ho. Pls pls pls."
"Main tumse naraz nahi hoon Riddhima....Im just upset ki....nobody wants me. Na woh insaan jisse maine itne saalon tak apne Papa manna aur na hi mere asli ma baap."
"Thats not-" Riddhima started defend her parents but realized it wasnt the right time. "Aisa nahi hai...lots of people want you. Like me....tum meri best friend ho...aur mere jetani bhi and now my sister too! Hum dono ka rishta sabse alag hai...and I wouldnt change a thing."
Nandini wiped her tears away and hugged Riddhima. "Im sorry for ignoring you!"
"Its ok." Riddhima replied. "Vaise...I think we should get going now."
"Haan....chalo." Nandini & Riddhima then went about their duties.

Manik was in the office handling business when Dhruv came running in.
"Bhai!"
"Dhruv...kya hua?"
"Woh.....bahar.....yeh note....mila mujhe. Aapke gadi pe chipka tha." Dhruv handed Manik a piece of paper. On it with was written.....

Under that was a photo of Nandini hugging Riddhima at the hospital.
"Nandini..." Manik mumbled in concern. "Yeh note kaha se aaya? Tune kisi k dekha?"
"No bhai...par Bhabhi aur Riddhima.....aur Mom bhi toh hospital mein hai!" Dhruv said in a panic.
"Tell everyone to meet me at the hospital." Manik said as he got up from his seat and ran out of there.
Meanwhile back at the Hospital...
Nandini & Riddhima were both in the general ward checking up on patients when suddenly they heard a loud bang sound. Startled, they looked and saw a few men with guns. Patients, nurses, doctors....everyone started panicing.
One of the men held is gun up in the air and shot again. "EVERYONE SHUT UP! Sab jahan hai wahi pe khade raho...varna goli mar dunga main!"
Nandini froze in fear but suddenly felt herself being pulled down behind a bed before the men could see her.
"Ridd..."
"Shhh..." Riddhima sushed her silently. "Manik bhaiyya ko msg karo......I left my phone at the front reception."
Nandini nodded and took out her phone. Riddhima peaked over the bed and saw the men looking around as if looking for someone.
N: Manik! Help pls! Yahan kuch log guns ke saath aa gaye hai..
M: I know...Im coming. Dont worry main abhi aa raha hoon.
N: Tumhe kaise paata?
M: Long story...just try to stay hidden.
