Josh and I walked back to my place and headed into the forest where Noah and I usually train, josh looked at me, leaned in and tried to kiss me. I immediately turned into my wolf and nipped his leg,

"Ouch!" He said in surprise which immediately turned into a smirk

"Slow down! You're so dirty minded!" I barked in disgust changing back to a human

"Fine fine, do you wanna see my wolf?" He questioned laughing

I rolled my eyes and nodded, he chuckled and changed into his wolf, a gorgeous grey and black speckled wolf with the same brown and blue eyes.

"Wow..." I say speechless turning back into my wolf

"My name is axel." Josh's wolf says

"I'm Serena." I say back.

"Well Serena, you're very pretty." Axel says grinning

I blush and look away,

"Everyone says that," I looked at the ground, "but I'm an eclipse wolf..."

I looked back up expecting josh to back away

"So that was you! That ghost wolf girl who took down Felicity!" He said smiling

"Yea," I snickered

"By the way where is Felicity anyways?" He asked

My face went blank and I paled

"Woah Serena, you look like a ghost for real now, are you ok?" He said genuinely worried

"I killed her," I whispered

Josh sat down and stared at me,

"You're going to be a perfect mate for me..." he said smiling

I turned to him with surprise written all over my face

"Perfect mate?" I ask unbelieving

"Absolutely." He reassured

A rustle in the bushes behind us spurred me to completely shove josh into a bush and stand in-front of him, a wolf walked through the bushes and we locked eyes,

"Noah?" I ask surprised

"Cadence, I thought I smelled you over here and..." he looks behind me to the bushes, "I can smell you, come on out!"

Josh walked out of the bushes head held high and walked straight towards me and stood so close our coats were brushing against each other

"So you're her mate." Noah said glaring at josh

" yes I am, I've heard a lot about you, Noah." Josh glared back

"so what if I'm not the ideal wolf for cadence and I'm the alpha kings son! And I'm a murderer so SORRY FOR RUINING YOUR LIFE!!!" Noah said through tears, the sarcasm dripping off of his words

I stare dumbstruck at what just went down between my ex and whoever Josh was to me.

"What. The. Fuck." I say

They both turn to me and yell, "language!"

I laugh but immediately stop when I see their angered faces

"have you not processed this?" Josh said confused

" I mean," I start,"I'm probably in shock and about to go hysterical," I smile innocently as I fall back and feint
