Eclipse's wolves

We rush over to Amy as she starts to collapse from venom intake,

"Amy? Amy! Amy stay with us!" I say worriedly

Mateo slings Amy over his back and turns on his speed eclipse to get back to his village,

"We have an antidote but we're low on beech tree bark, can you get it?" He asks

"Absolutely, just make sure she doesn't die." I say scared

Mateo nods and speeds off, I run off in the opposite direction following the scent of moss to a grove of pine trees, I run around looking for a beech tree.

I spot the sandy colour of the absorbent tree trunk and scratch at it with my claws until a decent amount comes off, I bite down lightly and run towards Mateos scent getting to the village in record time.

I can hear Amy's whimpering from one of the biggest huts in the clearing, I run into it shift back into my human form and hand over the bark to the healer.

She takes it and crumbles it into a light green liquid, she stirs it and pours it onto Amy's snake bite. As soon as she does so Amy stops whimpering and a huge wave of relief washes over Mateo and I.

"Thank you so much." I say to the healer

She nods and flips off Mateo

I stifle a laugh

Mateo just glares at her and says

"I should have ran faster and. If I was 30 seconds later she would have died..."

I stare shocked that Mateo knew that,

"Mateo you're coming to where I live in New York and you are going to live with Noah." I say

"who's Noah?" Mateo asks

"my ex." I say with no hesitation

Mateo stares at me for a minute trying to figure out if I'm lying

"ok..." He says slowly,  "I'll go with you"

"Ok great because we are getting out of here today so go say goodbye." I say

Mateo nods and leaves the hut, the healer dips her fingers in a red and orange ombré paint and the grabs my wrist. She paints a ring on the inside of my wrist,

"Protection from venom, she already has it." The healer says pointing to Amy

I nod my thanks and exit the hut, I see Mateo giving Kero one of his feathers.

How sweet that Mateo's giving his feathers to Kero. I walk up to Mateo and tap his shoulder,

"Time to get Amy and go." I say

Amy pov

I wake up to see grass above my head,

Are we dead Carrie?

"I'm not sure." Carrie reply's

I slowly get up and see that it's just a grass roof and I'm not dead, just alone.

I laugh to myself and exit the hut, I see cadence walking to grab one of mateos bags, I guess he's coming with us. I walk towards them and wave,

"Omg Amy your awake! We were so worried!" Cadence exclaims

Mateo pretends to wipe away a tear and hugs cadence and I,

"We're all going home."
