Ariel.

The idea didn't work or wouldn't work since Emme was far gone when I reach their house. All her things were pack and gone leaving nothing behind.

Frustrated I just kick on the door and shut it angrily, not knowing what to do next.

I was supposed to asked her if she would talked to me and say her resentments or make her see things and tell her Cass' background and Jeremy, I would tell her things she didn't know, explain to her events in her life she missed and things. I would plead her to listen and let me reason with her. Then if she's ready I would prepare her to meet her sister and Jeremy to explain themselves. I know its a bit futile but its worth a try. Communication is best for any kind of relationship and running away is just cowardice. It would not hepl nor would it solve the problem itself. Issues and struggles must be face head on rather than being stomped away. 'Cause even if you do flee away, would it solved the matter? Does letting fire burns doesn't mean it will eventually die it may also mean burning the whole household and bring more havoc to everyone. Putting fire out is answered not by putting coal to it but by putting waters of understanding and understanding only comes with knowledge and knowledge with communication. But now that she's gone how was it going to be possible then?

Now what? The question came in as I sat in their sofa as I grip my own hair in desperation. Cass had not woken since, and staying in the hospital makes me go crazy. I wanted to fix things right and tell Emme but how on earth could that happen when she's gone? When she left and who know's were she'll go? Ive asked her friends and officemates already but she was untraceable and they didn't really know where she is so Im losing hope on finding her the soonest.

Resigned, I seated there for a while and relax. I wasn't even aware I'd fallen asleep until I was awaken by the sound of my phone. Snatching it open I hear Jeremy's voice and then a doctor and then Cassandra asking if Emme is okay.

Hearing her voice make my heart leaped and all the groginess went away. I stood up and drove fast and when I reach her room I saw her weakly smiling at me.

"Where's Emme?" She asked the moment I finished hugging her.

Guilty and helpless I look away unable to tell her the sad news.

"She ran?" She asked hurt and confused. "Where could she possibly go?"

"We'll find her and sort this out. Don't stress too much. .you've just woken up." Jeremy said calmly while holding her hand.

"She's my sister Jem. I need to find her.  I need to explain to her." Her voice were desperate and pleading, looking at her state I know she wouldn't care much of herself if its Emme were talking.

"Look. I'll hire private detectives to find her. Ariel and I would search too. Don't worry okay."

"I can't! She's missing and I --"

"Cass. ." I interupted. "She's old enough to take care of herself. Give her time to think. She'll come around. If not, we'll still be looking for her, okay?" I said while giving her a soft squeeze. She smile and nodded in return while Jeremy threw me an appreciative look.

Well I didn't do it for him, saving his ass is not my concern but saving Cass from any more hurt is my top priority. I'll just do anything for her.

"Thank you." She said as she gently press my hand making me smile and reach for her forehead while giving her a soft peck. Then looking at her eyes I tried to smile and give her assurance.

I straighten up after a while but I saw Jeremy's face redden and almost errupting. Bet he dislike what I did but made no comment to avoid.more stress for Cassandra.
