Lexi's POV
The party in Florida was boring some neighbor called the cops with a noise complainant an hour into the party we were able to get away before they arrived. We hung out at the beach for the rest of the night. I beat Bubbles when we raced. Bubbles beat my Gang.
I was sad when spring break ended.
School started again last week Jake and I haven't seen each other more than usual so it was weird when he knocked don my door. Drew and Liam had sports games today since its Little League opening day.
"Hey" he says.
"Hi" I say.
"Can I come in"
"Yeah"
We walk into the kitchen. I grab a root beer but it looks like beer because of the bottle. Jake raises an eyebrow.
"It's IBC root beer." I say. I grab one more and hand it to him.
"Why do you act like a nerd and get pushed around in school but could beat the living shit out of us be fore we could under stand what just happened ?"
"I don't want everyone to know yet."
"Are you gonna show everyone soon?"
