Teacher AU (part 2 Edric x Hunter)

(Edric's POV)

its been two weeks since school started back up Class had ended for the day but i was still sitting around in class sorting and grading papers, "Mr Blight?" i hear Leo say standing in the door way "hey buddy, schools over why are you still here?" i ask concerned the small boy frowns "umm my mom showed up randomly this morning demanding to speak to my dad so i road the bus but i missed the leaving bus saying bye to haliey" he says.

Randomly, hmm? "i can drive you home if you want bud" i say he smiles "thank you!" he says running over ti hug me, i pat his head and pack up my stuff once we get in the car Leo talked about his day all the way to the apartment building. "And then Haliey interdused me to her new friend Claire and now we're all friends" he says ending his discusion.

"well I'm glad your making friends" i say he looks at me "i see why my daddy likes you, your a good listener" he says i blush "oops i wasnt supost to say that" he says shruging we arrive at the building Leo still talking to me when i hear yelling come from the apartment next to mine "I won custody, i could have you arrested for being here!!" hunter yells or what sounded like hunter.

"well hes my child too i'm his mother for fucks sakes!!" a woman yells who i assume to be Leo's mom "your a drug addict and abussive you shouldnt be around children ingeneral!" hunter yells back i figured i shouldnt drop off leo just yet "hey bud, do you want to go for a walk? i know a park near by" i say he nods.

Leo drops his school stuff off in my apartment and i do the same with my brefcase, we walk down the street to a small park very few people were out so me and leo just walked around in silince when i heard leo's voice speak up "she hurt my dad, emotionly and physicaly i dont miss her" he says i listen to him talk about his dad and mom constantly fighting when he was younger this small child had been through soo much and i understood some of it

"you know leo, you and me arent that diffrent" i say he looks at me "how come?" he asks i smile "my parents fought all the time, i tried to protect my younger sister from it she didnt need to go through the stuff i did, the only diffrence is your parents split and it was good for them to do so, my parents werent that lucky their still together and my dad is missrable, it may seem bad right now but it will get better, your dad is very smart and kind guy he loves you very much and will do anything to protect you i know it" i say he smiles and stops walking.

the blonde boy turns to me and gives me a big hug i hug back, we walk back to the apartment just as a car left the complex, i walk up stairs holding Leo's hand and knock on the door hunter opens up a half drunk beer in his hand his hair a mess and is clearly tired "Leo! are you ok? sorry for not picking you up" hunter says placing his beer down and hugging his son.

"Mr. Blight brought me home, thank you" he says turnning his head at me i smile "no problem buddy" i say Hunter lets go of leo alowing him to run into the house, "thank you Edric" he says i smile "it really isnt a big deal, Leo is a great kid, i heard the yelling when i arrived are you ok?" i question he looks behind him before shuting the door both of us now outside the apartment.

"in all honest blight I'm a mess, my ex shows up unanosed and asks to see her kid i tell her hes in school and on our legal papers she cant come with in a hundred feet of him, i havent slept this new job i have is a fucking disater, I'm a disater" he says laying against the wall, i move beside him we both slide down to the concret floor "and you want to know the worse part? I'm worried Leo will resent me for not letting him see his mother" Hunter says and lays his head on his knees.

"well I'm not sure about the other stuff but i can tell you this he doesnt resent you, he told me he doesnt miss her, he loves you very much and is glad you got him out of their he may be ten but he's soo mature for his age and understands that whatever happend before wasnt a safe sitcuation hes a smart kid and he loves you very much, i would know" i say he looks at me and wipes his tears "he really said he loves me?" hunter asks i nod "hes gald your his dad and he cares about your well being as much as his own, how about this you and leo come over for dinner tonight? I usually order pizza anyway and we could watch a movie? get both your minds off it?" i say he nods "that sounds nice" hunter says..........

(Hunter's POV)

me and leo walk over to edrics apartment that night, Leo dressed in his green dinosaur pj's me dressed in a pair of black sweat pants and a lose yellow t shirt i knock on the door and edric opens up dressed in gray sweat pants and a green shirt. "come in" he says with a smile, Leo runs over to the couch and grabs a blanket. "Leo" i say edric laughs "no he's fine, make yourself at home, pizza should be here any minute" he says and walks to the back of the house.

i walk around the room looking at pictures hanging on the wall one picture was of him and a girl who looks like him hes a twin? in front of them stands a girl with purple hair his little sister? i spot another picture this time it was of him and two little girls "those are my neices" he say comeing up behind me "how old are they?" i asks "their both six, their the sweetest" he says i smile.

the bell rings and Edric goes to grab pizza, i sit on the couch next to leo whos figiting with a rubix cube he found, "pizza! i hope you like cheese" he says and sets it on the coffee table i grab a slice and so does Leo "what should we watch?" Edric asks "oh frozen two!" Leo shouts Edric nods and turns it on. half the movie had pasted, the lights were off the only thing iluminating the room was the Tv, Leo was asleep across me and edric.

my eyes were getting heavy but i stayed awake "i can put him in my room" Edric whispers i nod, he moves slowly out from under the sleeping boy and picks him off me after a few minutes he walks back in the room "your kid sleeps like a rock" he whisper yells i laugh "thats leo" i say Edric moves back to the couch frozen still playing.

I had moved quite a bit closer to Edric to the point our shoulders were touching, i decide this was the time to make a move, i place my hand in his, he looks down and then back up at me smiling i blush and look back at the screen, i felt his stare so i turned my head i smile "what?" i ask he smiles "nothin your just really handsom" he says i blush. i watch him realize what he just said "i mean your not handsome i mean you are handsome i mean-" i cut him off by kissing him.

i back away and smile "shut your stupid face" i say he looks at me and nods "can you do it again" edric says dumbfounded i laugh and kiss him again this time him kissing back i ended up on top of him during our make out secsion but i was to tired to contiue "do you just want to sleep?" Edric asks i nod and lay on his chest he pulls a blanket over us i hug his warm body a snuggle into the croke of his neck before falling asleep.........

(Edric's POV)

I wake up to a weight on my chest i open my eyes and see the blonde guy laying on top of me, i smile and take in his scent i turn my head and see Leo sitting on the floor watching cartoons "so are you dating my dad now?" the small kid says i look at hunter then back at his kid "i guess so" i say he smiles "good, now where do you keep your cereal?" he asks "top shelf in the kitchen" i say Leo smiles and walks to the kitchen.

Hunter sleeps on top of me for another hour before waking up "morning sleepy head" i say he looks at me and smiles "that is the best sleep I've had in awhile" he says i chuckle "well then maybe you should stay over more often" i say he rolls his eyes and gets off me. we sit up and grab breakfast thankfully its saturday so no work or school just a chill day.

"you made a good choice dad" leo says i look across the table and see hunter blushing "aww i agren with Leo i think you made an exsalet choice" i say hunter laughs "you two are going to be the death of me" he says i look at mini hunter who has a smirk on his face i look back over at hunter "yes, yes we are" i say we talk and chill the rest of the day ending with making dinner together i wonder how my mom will react? only time will tell for now I have hunter and leo and thats all i need.........
