Two Halfs Make a Whole (Hunter x Willow)

(Hunter's POV)

Its over, its actually over, i look out at the boiling isles destroyed and broken but he's gone, belos is gone, i shouldnt feel sad that hes gone but he did sort of rasie me, before i can get to deep into though Luz apears at my side, "you ok?" she asks i nod "yeah, yeah i'm ok" i say trying to force a smile, she nods a frown visable on her face "are you?" i ask she shrugs "i will be" she says.

"why the long faces kids? come on its time to celabrate!" Eda says as she slips an arm around Raine who blushes, i look at Luz and she looks at me a mutual silent agreement passes between us that neither of us are ok but were not going to talk about it now, i follow my friends back down into town, witches cheer for the defeat of belos i spot the collecter rebuilding house trying to make up for what they've done.

i look back at my friends who are laugh, Luz's arm around Amity, Gus searching the crowed for someone, not sure who tho, and Willow walking with her dads, i look away looking back at the crowd of strangers when a hand is placed on my shoulder, i turn my head and see Dauris, "seems you have improved your sewing skills little prince" he says.

I look down at my shirt then back up with a small smile, "as much as it pains me to admit it, i have missed you hunter" he states, "I missed you too Dauris" i say he looks at me and i see tears start to apear in the corners of his eyes, he quickly shakes them away, "your not to bad hunter" he says ruffling my hair.

i shake my head away but feel happier, we arrive at the owl house as the collecter poofs party decorations and such, the kid isnt to bad i have to admit, i grab a cup of some sort of punch and take a sip quickly spitting it out, "yeah, its not very good" a honey like voice says, i turn my head and see willow, i blush a little "yeah it really isnt" i state placing the cup back on the table.

we stand there in akaward silence, we havent talked about the hand holding, or me saving her, or my slight confesion during the battle with belos, its not that big of a deal? right? i mean- i look at the girl and my brain goes blank her eyes catch mine i see her smile, her smile is soo pretty, i go to say something but the bird tub apears in front of me.

"Hoot, you better not be up to anything Hoot" he says i try to look past him, but all i see is willow walking away, shoot, the bird tub keeps talking until Amity apears beside me "beat it Hooty" she says "alright fine, geeze, Hoot, no love for Hooty" he mummbles off, "Hooty has no since of personally space" she says i nod "i gather that, from the many of times i came into contact with him as the Golden guard, thanks Amity" i state.

She nods "also don't break her heart" she says out of the blue, "who- oh" it clicks with who shes talking about "yeah oh, listen Hunter i know youve change and i know for a fact Willow can take care of herself but she is also fragle despite the fact she pretends shes invincible, If you break her heart you will have someone much worse to deal with that Belos" the purple haired girl says.

i raise my hands up in defence "i wont hurt willow, if anything she'll hurt me, i do care about her, i care about all of you to an extent but Willow, Willow is diffrent, i havent really figured out why but shes diffrent" i say, i see the gears turn in Amitys head until her mouth forms into a smirk "do you not know what its like to like someone?" she asks i nod.

She pats my shoulder "well then good luck romeo" she says my face squits at her words "But i'm hunter?" i say she sighs "right human saying, just go talk to willow, good luck hunter" she says i nod still a little confused but start to look for the plant witch, i find her talking to Gus against the outside of the owl house.

"Hunter!" Gus says before running over and giving me a hug, "hi gus" i say he lets go before looking between the two of us, a light bulb seems to go off in his head "i'm, I'm going to go look for Matt you two have fun" he says before running off, my eyes follow gus until he disappears i turn back towards Willow whos messing with her glasses, a nervous habit i've seen her do.

"soo" i say drawing out the O "soo" she says not making eye contact, "look i- i'm sorry if i what i said made you uncomforable and i totally get it if you dont want to be my friend anymore...." i continue to rant until willow cuts me off by placing her hand over my mouth, "its really fine hunter, just please calm down" she says a small smile apears on her face.

i nod, she removes her hand "so you still want to be my friend?" i ask she smiles "i want to be more than your friend" she says i blush "oh" i say she rubs the back of her neck "oh" she says sarcastically, the akward silence comes back, the tention is unbarable i know we've been dancing around the subject i know i should just say it but i dont want to.

"you know" she says causing my ears to perk up "before Luz arrived i was just Half a witch willow, weak witchling who got builled day after day" she sighs i step closer "but when Luz arrived i guess it just caused me to see diffrently, i switched tracks, i started working out, i made amends sort of with Amity, i mean we defeated the emperor for crying out loud, i grew into me and then i met you" she says.

I turn my eyes toward her making eye contact with her olive green eyes, "you were a lier, but your a great flyer, then you slowly changed from being the golden guard to being hunter" a smile apears on her face as well as mine "you were a half a witch like me, broken, bullied, but you changed yourself for the better, switched from evil to good and" she stops steping closer to me.

"this is going to sound soo cheesey but its like our two halfs make a whole, a whole witch" she says with a giggle, i chuckle as well "yeah, i guess your right" i say she takes my hand, "i like your hunter, more than a friend" she says holding my pale hand in both her hands, "i- i like you too willow more than a friend" i say she smiles.

"Finally, Titan you two are helpless" Luz's voice rings out, me and willow turn around to see Gus, Amity, and Luz standing there, my face heats up from embarssment, "well now i'm what fifth wheeling?" Gus says "not if you start dating Matt~" Amity says Gus looks away as blush spreads across his face i laugh i feel an arm wrap around my waist i turn and see willow hugging my side "I'm proud of you hunter" she says and great here come the tears.

I wipe my eyes but it doesnt stop them from falling, i hug her back, the other three join in give a big group hug yeah, this is home, I'm home........

Hello!!!!! i know i havent posted in awhile but i kind of got stuck on something (cough) Willow on Netflix (cough) but i'm back now so I plan on finish the half finsihed chapters in have but also i have some new ideas i want to work on, i'm about to finish school for the year, hopfully by the end of April and i plan to work on chapters more often after that.
