*Carter's POV*
It was almost midnight when we got home. Becky had fallen asleep in the car, so I had to wake her. I smiled at how cute she is. "Baby?" I shook her shoulder. "I don't want to get up" she groaned. I chuckled. "Babe we're home" I said loud enough for her to hear. She opened her eyes and smiled at me. "Sorry" she mumbled. I smiled shaking my head. "Come on" I grabbed her hand and walked us up the steps. I put the key in the lock and opened the door. We both stepped in and I closed the door. I looked over at Becky who was taking off her shoes and jacket. "I'm so tired" she said, rubbing her eyes. "So am I" I said back. We got up to our bedroom and each of us looked for something comfy to wear. "Do you mind if I shower first?" She asked me. "No, you go ahead" I said, giving her a smile. She nodded, walking off into the bathroom. I layed here thinking about what I wanted to ask her. When we were at my parents house, I asked my dad about me wanting to take Becky to this gorgeous beach house they own. They both approved and were very happy. I also asked her parents and got an approval from them too. So now, I just have to ask Becky herself, if she's up for something very special. I smiled as she walked into the room. Wow, that was fast. "It's all yours" she smiled, handing me a towel. "Thanks babe" I said, kissing her cheek before walking into the bathroom. I undressed and hopped into the shower. In about fifteen minutes, I was out of the bathroom and now laying in bed with my girl snuggled up to me. "So what'd you want to talk to me about?" She asked, looking at me. "What?" I questioned, forgetting what I said. "In the car on our way here, you said you needed to talk to me about something" she said, sitting up and facing me. "Right" I said back, sitting up as well. "So.." I trailed off, grabbing her hands. "I want to take you somewhere special. It's far from here, but you'll love it" I gushed. She blinked in surprise. "Where is this place?" She questioned. I smiled, "Well it's a surprise" I said, not wanting to ruin anything. "Okay..when?" She asked confused but then smiled. I grinned, "How about tomorrow?" I asked nervously, although I don't know why I'm nervous. It's not like I'm proposing to her... Yet..
She shook her head. "All right" she smiled. "Yes" I chimed. She giggled as I kissed her sweetly. "Let's get some sleep, yeah?" I asked, yawning. She nodded, laying down with her head resting on my chest. I looked down at her with a huge smile on my face.
