*Becky's POV*
The sun was shining through the curtains. Birds flying around while some sit in a tree and sing. Branches lightly tapping my window as the cool breeze blows. It's one of those mornings that are the most peaceful and relaxing. I smiled as I looked up.
Just laying here in bed with this amazing beautiful guy makes me wonder how on Earth did I get so lucky. I keep blinking and pinching myself just to see if I'm dreaming. Thankfully, I'm not. However, I did manage to let out a little giggle which caused Carter to move just the slightest bit. I looked at him again, and noticed his eyes just opened. But I didn't look away. I kept my gaze on him. It took him a few seconds to notice me looking straight at him. His arms tightened around me and he smiled showing his perfectly white teeth. "Well good morning beautiful" he spoke. "Good morning handsome" I smiled back. "Watching me sleep again?" He asked as he chuckled. "No.."I blushed laying my head on his chest. He just laughed as he went "mm hmm" I just giggled and tightened my arms around him. For a few minutes, we were just laying here enjoying each other's company. I loved having him around at all times. He just makes me feel safe and loved. I looked up at him and noticed his eyes were shut. "Carter?" I spoke softly. "Yeah babe?" He answered, opening his eyes and looking at me. "I love you" I said smiling. He gave the cutest smile before responding. "I love you too" I moved my head back down to his chest. I could hear the rhythm of his steady heartbeat. Which made my own heart beat. Seconds later, I felt his fingers brushing through my hair, stroking it. Moments like this are my absolute favorite. Honestly, I didn't want to move out of bed. I want to just stay right here with him for as long as I can. I want to just forget about everything and everyone else and just focus on the two of us. I want to live in this moment forever. I just want it to be just us two.
I just wish we could stay like this forever.
