5. Team night out

Keira's pov
I woke up this morning with a bit of a headache but it's not too bad. I decide to get up and have some breakfast. When I finish I sit on the couch and relax for a while before I remember to reply to Steph.

Sorry for not replying last night Steph, we just lost track of time and when I came home I went straight to bed.

Don't worry about it kei I was just wondering if you wanted some company but I see that you already had some😂.

😂😂yeah I did. It was a good night tho.

Steph💙
We'll are you going to tell me who you were with or am I going to have to guess.😂

Me and Leah just went out for some dinner.

Steph💙
Oh ok, was it a friends dinner or something else?

It was a bit more than friends😂.

Ooohhh, as long as you had a good night kei that's all that matters.

I have to ho now kei because I'm meeting Ellen for a coffee, but I'll see you later tonight.

Later on that day I decided to head out for a coffee with Georgia before coming home and starting to get ready for our night out. When I was sitting down straightening my hair I couldn't get Leah off my mind, I kept think about when she said that she wanted to give us a proper shot without anyone interrupting, I didn't realise until after but a huge smile had crept onto my lips, I really really liked Leah and I liked how she made me feel and I want her to know, so I think I'm going to tell her tonight, but before I do I might need some advice so I decide to ring Steph,

So I was just wondering do you think it's a good idea to tell someone how you feel in the early stages of getting to know each other?
I think I can guess who this is about Steph said laughing and you just laugh in response.
Look kei I can tell you like her, and I can tell she like you as-well, the way she was looking at you in the canteen yesterday was like nothing I've seen before, but honestly kei I don't know what to tell you other than to do what feels right, like if yous are together at any point and you feel like you should tell then I say go for it.

I decided to go and get dressed when I hung up the phone. I want to wear something really nice tonight, so I decided on a black dress with an oversized pink shirt over it with some pink heels and a pink handbag, I was just finishing my make up when I heard a nock at the door so I got up and answered it unsure of who it could be.

When I opened the door I was in shock, Leah was stood there, looking amazing,
"Hey" she said to me
"Hi"
"You look unreal kei"
"Thank you, what are you doing here" I asked her
"We'll I remembered that you still had no car so I decided to offer you a drive to Georgia" she said
"Thank you" I said while smiling and looking into here big green eyes.
"We'll hurry up then" she said sarcastically
"I just have to run and put on some jewellery, 2 seconds"
I ran into my bedroom and put on some rings and a bracelet, but I could get my necklace on so I shouted
"Leah can you come here for a second"
"Yeah coming"
When she got to my bedroom door I asked her "can you tie this for me"
"Yeah sure" she walked up behind me and took the necklace around my neck and tied it, I could feel her hands touch the back of my neck and it felt like my skin was on on fire, she sent shivers down my spine.
"Thank you" I said when she was done
"No problem" she said as I turned around and smiled at her.
"Ok let's go" I said as we both left my apartment and headed to Leah's car.
We drove to Georgia's in silence.
I couldn't help but worry about the evening, in case I met Lucy in the club, in case she would say something to me.
Leah noticed me worrying and reached her hand over to grab mine, I looked at her and smiled,
"Stop worrying kei"
"Sorry, I can't help it"
"Don't apologise, you have nothing to be sorry about, you shouldn't let her stop you from moving on with your life and having a good time"
"I know" I said as I hung my head low
"Come on, cheer up, you'll have all of us and we're going to have a good night ok, you deserve to just relax and enjoy yourself"
"Thanks Lee"
"Kei you know I won't let her near you" she said in a protective tone
I looked up and smiled at her
"I promise, you have me and all the girls tonight to look after you so don't be worrying ok"
I just smiled in response
"Thanks Lee" is said as I smiled at her
We pulled up at Georgia's house and just sat there for a second, I was looking at our hands in my lap and admiring the way Leah was caressing mine with her thumb, she stopped and squeezed my hand and said "you ready to go in"
I looked up and nodded while smiling
We walked into Georgia's and everyone was already there, some of the girls were already drunk and some hadn't even started drinking yet.
