Chapter 38: Taking Down Tombstone

Third Person Perspective

Lincoln Thompson a.k.a Tombstone and his goons are currently holding a bank hostage.

Tombstone takes out his gun and walks around to the bank manager.

He picks him up and points the gun at his throat.

Tombstone: You're gonna open up the safe. Am I clear?

Bank Manager: Yes sir.

Tombstone: Good. Let's go,

He then pulls the bank manager and goes into the other room.

Outside of the bank, Spider-Man lands on the rooftop across from the bank and Captain Carter lands next to him.

Y/N's POV

I kneel down as I look down at the bank.

Y/N: Yuri told me that Tombstone is currently in there. She's keeping her officers back so we can stop him.

Peggy then kneels down to me.

Peggy: I don't have to be jealous do I?

I look at Peggy and tilt my head in confusion.

Peggy: Well you did sleep with her.

Y/N: Ooh....No. Of course not.

Peggy: All right. Cause you, Spider-Man are all mine.

I chuckle.

Y/N: Yes I am. Let's go.

We start to walk.

Peggy: So have you talked to Pietro?

Y/N: No. He's off with Fury and Hill on a mission.

Peggy: It was nice of you to train him.

Y/N: He's got potential.

Peggy and I then go to the bank.

Once we make it inside I go through the vents, as I do this, I see Tombstone with the bank manager.

After a minute he walks back into where the hostages are and I kick through the vent.

I flip and land on the ground.

Tombstone: Ah, here we go again.

He turns around.

Tombstone: Don't you ever give up, web head?

Y/N: Nope.

Tombstone: Well this time, I'm gonna squash you like the pathetic bug that you are.

Y/N: We'll see.

Tombstone runs at me with his head but I flip over him, I land on the ground and then web his legs and pull him to the ground.
