Chapter 40: London

(Three Days Later)

Y/N's POV

So, Steve, Sam and I are now in London for the funeral.

After the funeral Sam and I give Steve a minute and we go outside.

Sam: So you seriously didn't know that Kate was actually Sharon who is this earths Peggy Carters niece?

Y/N: News to me.

Sam: Damn, the multiverse is so complicated.

I laugh.

Y/N: Don't gotta clue me in on that.

After a moment or so we see Natasha and Peggy walking towards us.

Natasha: Where is he?

Y/N: Inside.

Natasha: Thanks.

I nod.

Natasha then goes inside.

I then look at Peggy.

Y/N: Hi.

Peggy: Hi.

Peggy and I kiss and then pull away.

Sam: So did you know?

Peggy: Know what?

Sam: About Sharon.

Peggy laughs.

Peggy: Yeah I knew.

Y/N: You don't think she you know hates me?

Peggy: Why would she hate you?

I cross my arms.

Peggy: Oh because we're....

Y/N: Exactly.

Peggy: No. I'm sure she doesn't hate you.

Y/N: You are the doppelgänger of her aunt.

Peggy: That's true.

After a few minutes, Natasha comes out and her and Peggy leave.

Steve then goes with Sharon while Sam and I head back to the hotel.

When we get to the hotel room we see a news report about a bombing in Vienna.

Sam then goes to the lobby of the hotel and find Steve and Sharon.

Once they return, we watch the news report again.

We find out that the King of Wakanda was killed and, everyone believes the crime was committed by the Winter Soldier.

(Two Hours Later)

Sam and I are currently sitting in a café wearing caps and sunglasses while we wait for Steve.

Natasha and Peggy are okay, luckily. Peggy went with Natasha to the meeting though she didn't go inside as she didn't believe signing the accords was what's best.

After a few minutes Steve comes in and stands next to us. 

Sam: She tell you to stay out of it? 

Steve: Yep. 

Sam: She might have a point. 

Steve: He'd do it for me. 

Sam: In 1945 maybe. I just wanna make sure we consider all our options...Because the people who shoot at you, usually end up shooting at us too. 

Y/N: Exactly. 

Then Sharon comes in and stands next to us.

Sharon: Tips have been pouring in since that footage went public. Everybody thinks the winter soldier goes to their gym. Most of its noise.

She hands Steve a file.

Sharon: Except for this. My boss expects a briefing, pretty much now...so that's all the head start you're gonna get.

Steve: Thank you.

Sharon: You're gonna have to hurry. We've been ordered to shoot on sight.

Sharon then walks away.

Y/N: I'll be right back.

Steve nods.

I then go out to Sharon.

Y/N: Sharon.

She turns around and crosses her arms.

Sharon: Y/N.

Y/N: I just wanna say I'm sorry for your loss.

Sharon: Thanks.

Y/N: You've talked to you know uh....?

Sharon: The other Peggy.

Y/N: Yeah.

Sharon: I have yes. You and her are together which is weird but your a great guy. If shes with anybody I'm glad it's you.

Y/N: Really?

She steps closer.

Sharon: But If you ever and I mean ever hurt her, I will break you.

I chuckle.

Y/N: Your uh just joking right?

Sharon: Yes, joking. Of course. I should get going. Good luck, Y/N.

Sharon then walks away.

I sigh and then head back inside.

Steve and Sam turn around as I go over to them.

Y/N: What do you wanna do, Steve?

Steve looks down at the file.

Steve: Let's go and find him. 

The three of us then leave to go and find Bucky.
