Setting: Great Hall

Trigger Warnings: Death, fantasy violence

Lily has just told Rose about her being head over heels in love with Scorpius. Rose promises she won't tell anyone. The pair sit at the Gryffindor table. The Great Hall is packed, with Scorpius and Albus eating their breakfast a ways away. James and Louis, along with various friends, enter somewhere down the line. Jack, Jake and Jason are at the Slytherin table as well.

Rose: How long has this been going on?

Lily (swooning): Since two days ago, but from the moment I first saw him on Platform 9 3/4 when I was 9, I've been in love. He's the Romeo to my Juliet! I love him so much!

Rose (happy for her, but also taken aback by her enthusiasm): That's... accurate to say the least.

Lily: It is, isn't it! As in, I don't care if our dads hate each other, and if anything were to happen to him, I would die alone and unhappy!

Rose: Wow... It's giving-

Lily: Romeo and Juliet, that's exactly my point! That's how in love I am! Like, there's this line in the actual stage play where Juliet talks about what would happen if someone were to cut Romeo into little stars and spread him throughout the night sky. She says "he would make the face of heaven so fine that all the world would be in love with the night and pay no worship to the garish sun". THAT, Rose, is how I feel about Scorpius. And I know I sound like a massive simp right now, but-

Rose: Honestly, it's all valid! Just don't rush into things. In the words of Friar Lawrence "Wisely, and slow. They stumble that run fast."

Lily: I. LOVE. That reference-!

Then, out of nowhere, the doors to the Great Hall slam shut, and the fugitive Death-Eater, Dolohov, a rather extra individual, speaks. Everyone goes silent. They are all panicked.

Dolohov: ATTENTION STUDENTS OF HOGWARTS SCHOOL OF B*TCHCRAFT AND F*CKERY!

Lily (aside, to Rose): I thought he was in Azkaban!

Rose (aside, to Lily): He must have escaped.

Dolohov: I'm terribly sorry to interrupt your morning routine, but I escaped Azkaban last night, and I'm feeling rather unhinged. Thus, unless your parents are muggles, I'd advise you all to get down under the tables. Otherwise (draws wand) you may get sniped.

Everyone, screaming and crying, gets under the tables, all except for Polly Chapman, a (Pure-Blooded) fifth-year, who whips out her wand at the sight of Dolohov. She stands, and makes her way to the end of the Great Hall opposite of Dolohov, preparing for a fight.

Polly: I won't let you hurt my classmates, Dolohov.

Dolohov.exe has stopped responding.

Dolohov: Do- Do you WANT to die?!

Polly (with courage and sass): Hey, my time may be now, but let me tell you somethin', bruv, your time will come soon enough, still! Know that!

Lily stands to talk Polly down.

Lily: Polly, NO!

Dolohov: Alright, you asked for it child! (Points wand at Polly) Avada Kedavra! (Points wand at Lily as Polly falls to the ground) And one for you too, Miss Potter?
