Michael used the healing spell on his wounds and took a shower to wash the blood off. Now that Thomolon was freed from Fonias's control, he could now get rid of the evils he created, both the first, second, and fourth. But the third evils for some reason could not be destroyed by Thomolon. It was as if something was keeping them alive. On the bright side, some of the third evils were no longer evil anymore. Some of them went on the side of good. To keep the two from being confused, they were called altogether the Tom Boys. The Good Tom Boys were known as the Fispbacks while the Bad Tom Boys were known as the Midesenes. The end suffix was similar to the suffix of Euripides, so it's pronounced MY-dis-EN-EEZ. The singular word for Midesenes was Midesene just as the singular word for Fispbacks was Fispback. Some of the Fispbacks fought against the Midesenes but they were few while the Midesenes were many. Thomolon estimated that so far, there were about three hundred Midesenes and about a hundred Fispbacks because of the Great Holmidae War that ravaged the world and reduced the world population from 7.8 billion to almost 7 billion. The world had never suffered this much since forever. At the same time, they had never gained so much. The Sovereign Holmidae that started it all; the members of the Domus Holmidaeus who carried the burden of fulfilling the prophecy that Stingy Jack constructed for the purpose of not only saving the world but empowering it as well. They had served their purpose in defeating the Sin Guage but more was left to be done. The Halloweeners did their part. Now, it was JAM's turn.
The task of catching Midesenes was a burden that Thomolon and the Fispbacks had to carry and it was a big burden. The Fispbacks were pacifists but instead of just doing nothing about the Midesenes who were stealing people's hearts, the Fispbacks, benevolent as they were, became donor people and chose people to fight against them and their armies, granting them great supernatural powers.
Meanwhile, Jackey, Aaron, and Michael were on their own, living their lives.
At the hotel they rented in Alesburry, it was touch and go. Michael got a new chapter added to Magic Explained from D'Vive.
