Alexis was dressed and ready to go out from the heavy compound, she had to pay some visits to the pack on the bayou to let them know they weren't alone but as soon as she stepped out from the house, she was thrown back by an invisible barrier. Imagine her surprise that now she was striding back into the courtyard in search for the almighty hybrid.

"What's goin' on?" she questioned as soon as her eyes caught sight of the hybrid walking out from one of the rooms.

A frown made its way to his eyebrows as he glanced over to her, "With what?" he questioned in confusion, meeting her in the middle of the courtyard.

She threw her hands in the air, these days her patient had been tested and it was at a very low bar, she didn't know why really but the city made her very jumpy, "I had to meet with Keelin, do some bayou visit but as soon as I tried to step out I was thrown back." she informed, gesturing to the closed gates behind her.

Klaus's eyes closed for a second, annoyed at the lack of communication in his house, he sighed out, pinching the bridge of his nose, "Freya placed a barrier spell, no one can get in or out." he explained, watching as her face dropped.

"Oh, thanks for telling me," the Crescent woman exclaimed, throwing her hands out as she turned around and started to walk away towards the stairs, "I'm always the last one to find things out."
