Your world seemed to freeze for a second as the alarms went off. SCP-076-02 had breached containment, you really hoped you would never be onsite to experience that. You didn't understand why they would need a level 2 researcher onsite. Maybe because you wouldn't be as missed. You slowly turned to the highly trained guards on both your sides. Both of then seemed completely focused on the box that had just opened. A tall lean Arabic man stepped out, dressed in torn rags, with matted black hair. All over its muscled body, he had tattoos. You almost marveled at it, not anyone could have said they saw the object up close.

That idea was quickly snuffed out as it ran at you and the guards, slamming a sword against the thick observation window, unable to pierce through. You let out out a scream as you stumbled backwards, staring right at the man who had now entered a blind rage, pounding against the glass. One of the guards pointed their guns back at the anomaly, his hands shaking. The other guard grabbed you by the arm and began to drag you outside the chamber. You quickly regained your composure, bolting past the guard who rapidly went after you. Behind you sounded the shattering glass, spiking your adrenaline further. The guard turned around, a yell escaping his lips as he began to fire his gun at something behind you. No matter how hard your heart was beating, it felt as if it stopped when the blood of the guard splattered on your face. You hadn't even realized you were screaming until the anomaly snapped his head towards your direction. You panted heavily, keep eye contact with it as you tried to open the door with your key card.

But it refused to open.

Your stomach sank as you turned to the entity. SCP-076-02 panted heavily as it raised it's sword. You had to think fast. As soon as the creature charged at you, you slid under it's sword and grabbed the guards gun. You turned and shot your attacker in the leg. It hissed and faltered slightly. Immediately taking the opportunity, you bolted back the way you came, leaving the angry creature behind. You  halfway slid into the observation chamber, tripping over the corpse of the other guard.  Hastily getting to your feet, you slammed the button, closing the door.  Knowing there was no way you could lock the door, you jumped through the broken window, the shards cutting into your skin as you yelped.

As soon as you crashed down onto the floor. It didn't take long before you heard another pair of footsteps crash down besides you. You miserably attempted to get back to your feet, aiming the gun at the looming man. Before you could fire it grabbed your gun, throwing it away.  You watched as another sword manifested. A grunt escaped it's mouth as you rolled aside, the weapon spearing into the ground. In one last weak attempt, you crawled towards the gun, pulling it closer to your form. Then you turned to the towering entity, firing a round of bullets wherever you could. Blood poured from the wounds, as it came closer.  You shot it once more in the leg, causing the creature to fall. Slowly you rose up, approaching your fallen enemy. "You..." it, no he, stated. He looked up at you. "...were a worthy opponent." His voice was low and sounded like a growl. "Wh.. what do you mean?" You questioned as you stood over him. Most of the time you had simply ran. He reached out his hand to you. The distrust in your mind screamed at you to back away, but your compassion took a hold. You crouched down as you held his hand as he spoke with his dying breath.

"We'll be fighting again when i awake, mark my words. But for now, remember my name, Able."
