(Y/n's pov)
When news spreaded that mal and Ben were not in a realshionship together, the whole world has went nuts.
Well actually just the girls of auradon prep, rumor had it that the entire relashionship was used to make Ben's crush jealous and get Audrey off his back.
Well the plan worked, and backfired.
Audruy left him alone, but every girl in the school was jealous.
For one reason, who is prince Ben's crush?
I knew my chances were slim, and knew they are even slimmer now knowing that he liked someone that possibly wasn't me.
I mean who would love someone that has two spirits for parents, and makes the area she stands in 30 degrees below zero?

I sat alone like usualy, snow cloud over my head to cool me down since today was hot.
I was staying on campus for the summer cause Ben asked everyone to stay and have fun, before his re-corination.
My dad's staff twitched in my right hand and I looked up to see Mal and Evie comeing my way.
'Hey it's the girls'.
I hanged out with them in the past, but never and I mean never did they come to me.
My guess was because they didn't want to put down permant roots cause their parents wanted them to steal the wand.
Yeah I knew, but I kept the secret, that what friends are for right.
They just wanted to please their parents, any child growing up under famous parents can relate.
When you have a big family like mine, wanted to make everyone proud and happy is instinct.
To be noticed and loved is another.
Mal sat infront of me with Evie beside her and she said smiling.
"Yeah y/n how's it going"?
I then said smiling, just shrugging off their odd behaviour.
"Perfect balance of hot and cold like usual, why"?
Evie then said smiling.
"No reason, Ben recorination is comeing up.
You excited"?
I then said leaning back floating a bit away.
"Of course, I wouldn't miss it".
Mal then said.
"What do you plan to wear"?
I then asked confused, looking at both of them
"Hum does it matter"?
Evie then said.
"You want to look your best right"?
I nodded and said looking at them.
"What's going on"?
Mal then said raising her hands.
"You caught us".
Evie then said.
"We know you like Ben".
I then said looking at Mal alittle hurt, she knew and she did it anyway.
"And is that why you pretend date him"?
Mal then said seeing my hurt look.
"Ben's idea not mine, believe me I didn't want to go through with it because your my best friend".
'Best friend'?
Growing up in Auradon where my aunt Anna was training me to be queen since my cousin forfeited the thrown, I wasn't really able to make real friends.
The only people I see try and fail to be my friend only wanted to be that because of my crown.
I then said nodding leaning back and the cold temptiture risen to be alittle warm over the bench since I calmed down.
"I never really had a best friends before.
(I looked at the girls and smiled.)
Nice change".
Evie held my hand and said.
"Why?
Your a very nice girl".
I then said.
"With two ice spirits as parents.
My magic combine with my father star powers can get little bit out of my control.

(I made an ice crown and put it on my head.)
It's hard to make real friends who see past the crown".

Mal then said.
"Those jerks".
I then said going back to the previous subject.
"So anyway I think I'm going to wear something similar to my mom's dress and design it similar to my dad's fashion".
I finally touched the ground with my feet and said.
"Now ill met you guys later for our-".
They looked at someone behind me and I turned to see Ben holding a bourqet of blue roses.
His smile bright and I said
"Hi Ben".
He then said as he held the roses to me.
"I know it's alittle early but since you are staying for my recoronation I thought I get you these to apologize for missing celebrating your birthday with your family".
I blushed and once i held them i smelled them.
I then said looking at ben.
"Thank you".
Ben then said.
"I know you probably have other plans for tommorrow.
But would you like to go have lunch with me, maybe see a movie.
Us two friends hanging out like when we were kids".
When he said the word 'friends' something in his eyes changed.
It was like he wanted to say somthing else.
I then said nodding with a little blush appearing over my cheeks likes to my cold temptiture warming up alittle under my skin.
"Yeah, I love that".
He then said after pecking my cheek.
"Great ill pick you up at 8".
I looked to the girls as he walked away.
Evie then said smiling.
"We got some work to do".
I then said.
"Guys it's just a friendly hangout.
Ben and I did it alot when My parents came to visit".
Mal then said.
"You two were usualy alone with lumiere at the theaters, playgrounds and dog parks and library.
The best days of his life as he recalled because he always found a way to make you smile ".
I then said surprised.
"He really said that"?
Mal then said.
"Trust me when I say this Y/n he really likes you.
Your the girl he has a crush on, he had this crush since the day you meet".

(Time skip brought to after the date)

Ben was walking me to my dorm and i said looking wt him seeing the sweat.
"Hey you okay?
(He looked at me and i siad worried.)
You don't have a fever do you"?
I felt his forehead and didn't feel extreme heat.
Ben shook his head and sipped away the sweat.
Lightly smiling looking at me as he said.
"Oh no, thanks for checking.
(He then held my hand and said.)
Y/n I've wanted to tell you for so long.
I'm sorry that I pulled that trick with Mal to get Aurdry to go away.
I hope you can forgive me, because I love you".
My heart was beating like crazy, i then said woth a big smile on my face.
"I love you to".
He then kissed me and I kissed him back.
I felt the spark my parents said they felt when ever they kiss.
Once we pulled away he held my left hand and held his ring up for me to see.
He then said holding my ring finger up.
"I know this might be alittle loose, but I want you to have it".
It fit perfectly, snug as a bug in a rug.
My hands were alittle bigger than mals, but I still had women like hands.
I smiled and he said.
"I'll see you in the morning okay, we can go on a real date if you like".
I nodded and he said smiling hugging me.
"You have no idea how long I waited for this".
I then saod pecking his lips.
"I been waiting since the moment I saw you reading because when my parents were talking to yours, I warneded off to explore".
He smiled and he said pecking my lips again.
"I've been waiting that long to".
I then said.
"You remember what they said when they saw us reading together".
He nodded and said smiling.
"Yep, we are cute together aren't we"?
I nodded and said.
"Yes we are".

(Flash back)

'Boring adult talk, can't hurt to figure out a pulling me to the backyard and them go exploring right'.
Since I was more like dad than my mother when I was a kid, I snuck away with the help of gale so I didn't get noticed.
Since my dad's staff was to big for my tiny hands to hold, and mine was to since he got it for me to use when I was older.
Once out of ear shot from the adults, I lightly giggled as gale was being playfully, using the leaves to tickle me.
I then said as she lowered me.
"Gale thank you but I'm ticklish".
She set me down and I said seeing the little boy with a book in his hands, that was labeled Frozen on its spine.
'Thats my mother's story with aunty Anna and uncle Kristoff'.
"That's a nice book your readying".
He then said alittle shocked as he lightly held it in my direction.
"Thanks, you want to read it with me?
(He shook his head as he reminded himself who I am.)
You probably already know it because it's your mother's story".
I then said walking forward on my tiny legs.
"True, but to be able to read is like traveling to another place, all you got to do it open it".
He smiled and said.
"That's right".
He patted a chair next to him and I climbed up.
We began reading together and we looked up to hear my mom say.
"Y/n honey there you-.
(Ben set the book down and mom the paused and said.)
Oh hello Ben, you and Y/n Reading together".
Ben then said as I noticed my father and Ben's parents watching amazed.
"Yes misses frost".
Queen belle then said to my father.
"Ben doesn't usualy read with another person around".
Dad then saod with King beast, their actually cute together".
