One beautiful day later.

King is standing up on the Eda's Human Collectables stand, holding out a tray of human things.
"Partake of my free snack samples! Take it! I demand it as your ruler, the King of Demons!"

Oswald clears their throat, making King look over to them. Remember last week son, Naughty boys who are grounded do not get to stand on the stand anymore.

King: I am your rightful ruler! Therefore–

Oswald gives King the look.

...I will get down. But only because I want to.
He gets off.

That's what I thought you would say.

Though, I will admit... eda picks up a passerby, giving them a sniff. It does smell more of nerd then money today.

Put the poor nerd down, love.

Fine. But only because I want to.
She drops them.

Oswald groans. So I have two kids, then. Got it.

Just then, Luz runs up. Guys! You will not believe what's going on!
One smooth transition later, Luz is posing under a banner.
It's a book fair! Where books come to life!

A book then comes to life.

Book: Hello!

Luz: Gah!
She kicks it away.

King: A fair without rides?

Grounded remember?. No rides for you, anyways. Oswald glares.

King: Aw, Dad!

Boy: Who needs a ride when this can take you anywhere?
He shoves a book into King's face.

King retaliates by throwing bacon on the boy's head. Instantly, a winged demon comes down and carries the boy away.

Oswald is once again gives the look to King.

King: ...I can't even torture random nerds anymore?!

Oswald replies. You can't do anything you liked to do anymore. Not until another week.

King whines.

Eda tosses a random book away. A, ew. B, I'm bored. C, I feel like pick-pocketing some dork while they browse.
She walks away.

Oswald sighs. And I'm going to make sure she doesn't get us arrested again. Luz, you make sure King doesn't do anything fun...Walking around this book fair should just about do it. He follows Eda.

King: Aw...
Luz: ...I could let you ride in my hoodie. Dad doesn't have to know.

King: Yay!
