I sighed.

I let him in and he sat on the couch, as I took a seat next to him.
“C’mon, hurry up, speak”.
“I miss you”.
“Seriously Dylan?”
“I still love you babe”, he said, caressing my cheek.
I parted away and got up.
“Don’t you ever call me that again”.
“Maddie, can’t you see I just want the best for you?”
“Dylan, I never meant a thing to you, and I don’t now either”.
“And you do mean something to Niall, right?”
“More than you can ever imagine”.
“He doesn’t love you”.
“What do you know about him?”
“A lot”.
“Don’t make me laugh and get out of here”.
“Listen to me”.
“Dylan, get out”.
“Maddie, I love you much more than he ever will”.
“Would you shut up? You know nothing!”

He stood up.
“Because I can’t put up with you anymore! And I love him, accept it already”.
