Luke's POV:
I wrap my arms around her waist before she turns around and pulls me into a kiss.
"Hey" she smiles
She places her hands around my neck.
"Happy Birthday" I say still hiding her.
"I think the text i got this morning kind of already beat you to it" she says with a smile.
"I didn't know you were that poetic" she says
"Well guess what? That's the only time your gonna get something poetic out of me" I say
She smiles. "Ok, lover boy"
"You really need to stop calling me that"
"I don't know" she says wrinkling her forehead. "I think it suits you" she finishes.
"Hey guys!" Gia squeals when she reaches us.
Ana let's go of me and turn around to Gia.
They start rambling about who knows what and I just stand there watching how interested Ana is in this conversation.
I totally zoned out thinking about the person I love so much before I punch was thrown on my arm.
I turn around to look at the person.
"What the fuck"
"Sorry man. I was calling you but you weren't responding and that was the only solution" Lex says
I punch him back in the arm.
He hisses in pain.
"Next time think before you act" I say in my serious tone.
"Ok, jeez you didn't have to hit me so hard though"
"You deserved it" I say
"Ok whatever, come here" he says
We walk over to the other side of the school.
"I just got a call from Dad saying that the Russian Mafia's sons transferred to this school" Eric says.
I put my hand on my forehead rubbing it.
"Fuck"
"And no one knows how they look?" I ask
"No" he answers
"I'll have to deal with them tomorrow, todays Ana's Birthday" I say.
"Do you actually care about Ana?" He asks wrinkling his forehead.
"What?! Of course I do. She's my girlfriend" I say
"You remember the last time you had a 'girlfriend'. Do you remember what happend?" He asks
"Don't even, right now" I say
"I'm just trying to protect Ana, Luke. You have to tell her what she's getting herself into"
"Just shut up about it, ok" I say frustrated
Ana's POV:
I got a lot of Happy Birthday wishes today, which is the first time I've talked to that many people in one day.
