I hardly slept a wink in the car. All the way I was thinking about how I always hurt Ohm. I wanted to go back to him, hug him and apologize. I wish Joanne would have never found me. I hope Ohm will forgive me.

"We are here." Chimon said interrupting my thoughts.

I got out of the car and walked till the gate quietly without looking at him. He followed me in. I turned to look at him and he gestured me to follow him to the lobby. We walked peacefully. The hospital was quiet. Only a few staff members walking here and there, checking the patient's status and a few nurse's busy chit chatting near the coffee machine. Chimon lead me to a room with a huge patient bed and a couch.

"This room isn't allotted yet. You can take the couch. And, if you need anything, just call me. I don't have much work to do, so I'll be around." He said with a brief smile and I nodded. He was about to leave when I called him from behind.

"If you are not too busy, can you please stay back and talk?" I asked.

He turned to look at me confused.

"I... don't like the hospital atmosphere enough to be alone." I tried to explain.

"Sure," he replied with a smile, "just give me a couple of minutes. I'll be back." I nodded.

He left the room and I slowly walked to the couch. The smell of medicines and the sad environment of any hospital or clinic make me sick. I started to shiver looking at the bed. I was about to collapse when Chimon came and held me from behind.

"Are you ok?" he asked helping me sit on the couch.

"Yeah, that's why I asked you to stay here..." I looked at him and the two coffee cups behind him on the corner table, "You are always there when I need the most help. Thanks!" I said looking at the guy who was around me for the whole evening, protecting me, listening to me and still I was lost completely in my own problems, "And, I am so sorry for being so full of myself." I sighed.

He smiled and shook his head, got up and picked the coffee cups from the table and handed one to me, "You don't need to apologize or thank me, Nanon." He sat beside me and took a sip of his coffee. "I will always be there for you. In fact, if I could, I would always be with you." He said looking straight in my eyes now. I froze in my place. Did Chimon just say what I used to dream about whole of my school life? But it doesn't make sense for me at all. He never noticed me in school or college. And I thought he was helping me because I was always landing in trouble.

"Hey, you don't worry. It's what I feel, doesn't mean you should feel the same. And besides... I am happy for you and Ohm." he said looking down.

I looked down too. There was silence for some time. And it was awkward. When I looked at him he turned away his gaze again. "Umm... Chimon?"

"Yes?" he asked with a smile which I could tell was fake.

"Who all are there at your place?" I asked to change the subject.

"Only me and my younger sister, Araya"

"And your parents?" I asked concerned.

"My mother died while giving birth to Araya and dad died in an accident three years ago."

"Oh... I am so sorry."

"It's ok. So, you too have a younger sister right?" he asked trying to change the subject.

I nodded, "You must have seen her in school... if you would have noticed me back then. He used to commute to school with me."

"What makes you think I did not notice you in school?"
