Simple Things

You and Joe have gone to the grocery store just to pick up a few things for dinner.
As you stroll through the aisles, you fidget with your hair. You forgot to bring a hair tie so you just keep moving it around and finally let out a big huff. He laughs and stands in front of you.
You look up at him while he looks down at you. He plants a kiss on your lips and pulls a hair tie off his wrist holding it in front of your face.
"I want that back, so when you don't have one, I have a back up." He says continuing to shop.
Your body fills with this warm love and you can't help but smile. Your boyfriend knows you so well.
You throw your hair up in a messy bun and can finally stop feeling so anxious and actually shop with Joe now. <3 <3
