Lizzie quickly looked around the corner before speeding down the stairs,a wide grin on her face as basically every other rat,human and cat was asleep,except for her and one other

Looking at the table,she saw just the person she was looking for happily sitting under it as his black and white tail swishing back and forth while waiting for the rat

She quickly sped towards him and tackling the feline into a hug which made them both crash to the ground while laughing as loud as they could

"Well hello there!" Joel grinned,his two sharp teeth showing "You look purrfect~" the cat made himself laugh while his girlfriend simply rolled her eyes before quietly chuckling,her big ears moving around to make sure there was no other noise around

So they continued sitting there chatting about whatever they could think of ,it had been hours and they had ran out of things and were not just sat there,enjoying the peace and quiet

That was until the sound of yelling and squeaks as multiple rats fell down the stairs which simply caused more yelling,the two opened their eyes and looked around before seeing Jimmy and Apo turning the corner and coming towards them,soon followed by Scott and Oliver

The pinkette groaned before being pulled away by the farmer who kept her behind him,using the large fork as a weapon while Apo checked her arms and legs for any scars seeing as the cats weren't the nicest to them

Meanwhile Oliver was writing god knows what in a mini journal that had the word 'LAW' on the front and lastly her brother standing infront of them all holding a large and extremely sharp knife towards the black and white cat

"What the fuck are you doing with my sister?" He asked,still threatening the feline,who looked absolutely terrified as he stood straight,so did his tail while trying to avoid the sharp weapon

Joel finally regained his posture before yelling at the rat who in return,did the same thing and it was like that for a few minutes until the baker had finally snapped "Enough! Jimmy put the knife away" and he did

Lizzie quickly marched over to her boyfriend before hugging him,making sure he was alright while petting just in between the ears causing a purring sound too erupt from his throat before she spoke "This is Joel,he's my boyfriend and not a threat" she simply said

A few seconds went by before a simple "oh." slipped past the safety rats lips which made the group to erupt with laughter,causing the tall blonde to turn a bright red and bury his face in his boyfriends bright cyan hair

Well they knew now so hopefully they wouldn't disturb them in the future.
