HERMIONE'S POV
The day Katie was cursed, I decided to go to the library and study to clear my mind !!! It was already past curfew when I went to mine and Y/n's dorm, where I found her sitting on the floor staring at the snow outside !!! There was also a small pink box with a red ribbon on it threw on the floor and chocolate wrappings around it !!! I cleared my throat, and she turned to me with a huge smile on her face !!!
Hermione: Why aren't you asleep?
I said and she giggled before she looked outside again
Y/n: I was thinking about the love of my life
Hermione: Who Draco?
I said and smiled while picking up the box to throw it away
Y/n: Of course not !!!
She said while standing up
Y/n: Blaise
She said, and I looked at her confused !!! I knew her pretty well to know that she never loved anyone else than Draco in her life
Hermione: Since when?
Y/n: Since always Hermione !!! He is the love of my life
I said, and she fell on her bed and I saw a card falling on the ground !!! I picked it up and show a picture of Blaise smiling at me !!! Oh no, that is bad, really bad!!! I ran to Ginny's dorm and started knocking fast when she opened it half asleep
Ginny: What?
Hermione: Blaise gave Y/n a love potion
I said and her eyes widened
Ginny: You are kidding?
She said and took her to my dorm where we found Y/n dancing with his picture all around the place
Ginny: That's bad
She said, and then we took Y/n, and she had her arms around our shoulders, and she was ready to fall asleep !!! We were going to the potions' classroom, but we told her we were going to find Blaise !!! On our way Malfoy suddenly appeared in front of us and when he saw Y/n his eyes widened
Draco: What the hell happened to her?
Ginny: Get lost
She said, but I looked at her to stop, and she sighed
Ginny: Your bestie Zabini gave her a love potion
She said, and his eyes widened even more when she looked at the half asleep Y/n
Y/n: Where is my sunshine, Blaise?
She said with a sleepy voice and then Draco picked her up
Draco: Let's go bring her back to normal
He said, and we all went to the potion classroom where Draco help me to make the potion and Y/n was resting her head in Ginny's lap !!! Then Draco filled a cup and went to give it to her
Draco: Come on Y/n drink it
He said, but she crossed her arms, nodding negatively !!!
Draco: I hate to say this, but your love Blaise made it especially for you
Y/n: Really?
She said with a smile, and he nodded !!! Then she took it and drink it
Y/n: What the hell happened to me?
She said before she fell asleep on the desk !!! Draco kept staring at the asleep Y/n with a smile and then Ginny spoke
Ginny: Why did you leave her? She was devastated without you all summer !!! She even stopped playing violin because it reminds her of you
She said and Draco turned to us with pain and guilt in his face
Draco: I never wanted to hurt her, you know !!! I loved her and I still do
Ginny: If you loved her, why did you do it?
Draco: If she is with me, that means she is in danger and I don't want something to happen to her!!! I just wanted to protect her
Ginny: From what?
Draco: You won't understand
Ginny: Really?
She said, and I stopped her !!! I knew that Draco loved Y/n, and I knew he wanted to protect her, but from what ? Then Draco helped us to carry her to our dorm and Ginny and I fell to the couch exhausted and Draco went to leave her in her dorm
DRACO'S POV
I put Y/n in her bed and looked at her sleeping calmly for a couple of minutes with a smile on my face !!!! It hurt really bad the fact that I couldn't be with her !!! But I have to protect her no matter what !!! When I went to leave, I felt a hand grabbing mine
Y/n: Please don't leave me again
She said whispering and I turned to look at her !!! Her eyes were closed, and I felt my heart shutter !!! I sighed and lye to her bed and she placed her head in my chest while my hands were wrapping her!!! I felt comfortable, I felt safe, I felt like nothing was going on and for a minute I forgot about everything !!! I didn't care about anything else when I was with her !!! She was my home, my everything !!! I would even sell my soul to just be with her !!! I kissed her forehead gently while hearing her soft snore in my ears like a song !!! I smiled, and I wished that moment to never end, but I had to go I had to leave her if I wanted to protect her !!! I stood up gently with tears filling up my eyes while looking at her sleeping
Draco: I am sorry Y/n
I whispered before I leave
