i know there are some things that people might like to know about some of these lovely characters, about me as an author, or even about my journey while writing Prom Queen! so feel free to leave your questions below and they'll be answered in this chapter!

Q: Will there ever be a spin-off of Prom Queen?
     A: short answer—not likely. spin-offs are soooo difficult to get right & i'm already really happy with the conclusion of this story as it is, so if that's something i do decide to pursue in the future, it definitely won't be for a while.

Q: Who was the hardest character to write?
     A: honestly, i'm not the most proud of my character work in general so all of them could be a lot better in terms of depth, however i think the hardest in this case would probably be Camryn! her emotions and mindset are always all over the place & i think she really encapsulates what it's like to be a teenage girl falling in love with another girl for the first time, which was so difficult to capture but such a fun part of my own life to re-explore!

Q: Will I write more WLW stories?
     A: hell yeah i will! loving women is more than just a community to me; it is literally my entire life. so there will 100% be more wlw stories on my account in the future (writing one right now called The First to Fall, go check it out!).

Q: Who are my & least favorite characters?
A: my favorite is 1000000% Ivy i am hopelessly in love with her and you all should be too. and my least fave has to be Graham—kinda obvious but he just gives me the ICKKKKK omg

Q: Do Camryn and Ivy get married/have children?
A: people are veryyyy curious about this one! and the answer is...... probably not :/ i LOVE them together don't get me wrong, but i think they both have even better out there waiting for them. but i do think they'd 100% go to each other's weddings & stay close!

Q: What do Camryn & Ivy end up doing after high school?
A: great question! Camryn is most likely working as a fashion photographer for a high-end magazine (i'm thinking Vogue-esque), Ivy 100% changes her major like halfway through college and ends up pursuing Veterinary Medicine!

Q: Does everyone stay friends?
A: yes!! even though Civy (ship name obvi) don't end up together forever, i definitely think they'd stay friends. and as for the others, i imagine Ingrid takes a lot of time to themself after high school to focus on their career, but i imagine they'd still show up to all the important events. and Nayeli and Gabby still remain close with the others too!

Q: What is Graham doing?
A: suffering.

Q: What happened to Ivy's dad?
A: also suffering! Ivy's mom ends up cutting business ties with him completely, starting up her own company, disconnected from the Mora name. she marries the woman she's seeing (whose name is Rhea), and Ivy's dad ends up getting sent to jail for drunk driving & vehicular manslaughter after taking the life of a teenage boy. grim but karma's a bitch!

Q: Do Nayeli and Gabby end up together?
     A: yes actually!!! in my mind, they take a lot of time away from each other during college while they're trying to build their careers, but they definitely reconnect after a few years & rekindle the romance. they 100% get married and 100% have every one of the friend group attend the wedding!!
