Post Gym Snack: 1:30 AM

Go to the salon: 1:50 AM

Nap: 1:50 AM (he sleeps on the way to the salon and while his hair is getting done)

Get hair done: 2 AM

Breakfast: 3:35 AM

Schedules Commence: 4:00 AM

Nap: 7:30 AM (1hr 30 minutes)

Morning snack: 9:00 AM

Lunch: 12:00 PM

Nap: 12:30 PM (30 minutes)

Afternoon Snack: 3:30 PM

Nap: 4:00 PM (1hr 30 minutes)

Dinner: 7:00 PM

Late night snack: 9:00 PM (5 minutes)

Go home and get ready for gym: whenever his schedule finishes

Practice starts: 11 AM
