Ahn Yujin was on the last leg of her tour with her group members, the excitement of seeing Jinyoung again filling her thoughts. She missed his warm presence, his laughter, and the way he could fill a room with his energy. Jinyoung, on the other hand, had been keeping himself busy with his own schedules, one of which was his multiple runs a day.

It was on one such run that Jinyoung stumbled upon the scared German shepherd puppy. His soft heart couldn't leave the pup alone in the park, so without hesitation, "it's alright little guy I'm not going to hurt you," he scooped the little creature up and paced towards the nearest vet.

At the vet's office, Jinyoung's towering figure and concerned expression drew sympathetic looks. "I found him all alone, no collar or anything," Jinyoung explained to the vet.

"We'll check for a chip and put out a notice. If no one comes for him within two weeks, you can officially adopt him, if you'd like," the vet informed him after a thorough examination.

Two weeks flew by, and as promised, the vet called. The puppy's owner hadn't come forward. Jinyoung didn't hesitate. "I'll adopt him," he said firmly.

The vet smiled. "He's a lucky pup."

Jinyoung named the puppy Prince and took him home, Jinyoung quickly grew fond of Prince, enjoying his playful antics and the way the pup's presence filled his apartment with joy. He decided to keep Prince a surprise for his girlfriend, Ahn Yujin, who was away on tour.

As the sun began its descent, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, Yujin and her friends approached Jinyoung's apartment, laughter and chatter filling the air. They were excited to surprise him, assuming he'd be out sculpting his muscles at the gym.

Yujin led the way into the kitchen, unloading an array of savory dishes they'd brought to share, their voices a symphony of joy and anticipation.
