Hey Ruby so this is like open house so the apartments that are free to look inside are available today so after this we have like four more to look at.

We went in and the whole complex in the outside looked nice but when we went inside it wasn't it. The walls were falling apart. There was stains everywhere on the wall. It wasn't sturdy. The door was messed up too. The sinks and baths were even rusted too. Um mom idk about this. Me either, I don't want my daughter in this mess whole. We then left to go to the next apartment, so I just followed mom all the way there.

We went to the next one and it was nice, but everything was just too close together. But we hoped the third one is a charm, and it was, it was like a condo and there was an upstairs and a downstairs in the apartment. The bedrooms were both upstairs and the rooms had they own hallway and in the master bedroom there was a bathroom in it with a tub with a jacuzzi tub and a shower separated. Then upstairs was another bathroom but not in the room. There was even a bathroom downstairs. The kitchen was huge, but it was like a kitchen and dining room combined. The living room was a good size too. Ok mom I like this one. I do too and it's only a 5-minute drive from us. Ok let's head to the front office. Ok. We went to the front office to fil out paperwork. Ok Ms. White rent is 1200 a month. Ok. Light bill is 600 and water bill is 600 so that's why in total its 1200. Oh, ok thank you. Mhm your welcome. They gave me a key and the password to my keypad just in case I don't have my key on me. I'm so happy for you Ruby. Thanks mom I'm happy too. Ok now all we have to do is go shopping for your apartment. Right now? Sure, I don't see why not.
