When I woke up Aaron was already up and I realized he was looking at me sleep which made me blush. "Good morning" he said as he kissed me quickly. "Morning" I mumbled and got out of bed and headed to the bathroom. When I came back into the room Aaron was dressed and looking great, as if he didn't just get out of bed. How does he do it?

We went down and saw everyone sitting around the table and having pancakes. "Morning sleepy heads" Kate said laughing. I could tell everyone was in a good mood. Was I the only one still tired? "Come and sit" mom told us and pointed to the 2 empty seats left.

We sat down and started eating while everyone was back to talking about random stuff. "Guys, there's something I want to say" John said, trying to get everyone's attention. Everyone went quiet and John continued. "Adam and I decided to move in together" he said with a wide smile on his face.

Everyone started saying how great it was and how happy they were for them, but I couldn't help but worry. Adam was great, and he made John happy, but I couldn't help but think about our conversation from the other night. Just 2 days ago John wasn't sure about this, how could he be now?

I stayed quiet for the rest of the meal, and Aaron noticed that something was going on. "What's up?" Aaron asked me quietly as we cleared our plates. "Nothing, I'm just a bit worried about John" I said, no point in hiding the truth. "Well what do you say about going on a double date with him and Adam? We talked last night about this ice skating place we want to go to" Aaron said with a childish smile on his face.

"Ice skating? I'm not sure" I said a little scared. "Why not?" he said with a pout and I couldn't help but laugh. "I've skated only once! And I don't really feel like falling and breaking something" I said and Aaron laughed. "Don't worry! You'll be fine! I won't let you get hurt" he said and I could tell he was serious. "Ok fine" I gave in and he had a big smile on his face again.

"Great!" Aaron said and I could tell he was really happy about this. "Why is this so exciting?" I asked laughing, really not understanding the big deal. "We're finally going on our second date" Aaron said and I started laughing even harder. "After meeting all my family, and us talking about talking about how we're not taking things the normal pace, a second date is what excites you?" I asked surprised and still laughing. "Yes!" he said and I laughed again.

"When do you want to go?" John interrupted us. "I'm ready. So whenever you want" Aaron said and I agreed. "Great. So let's go" John said and headed towards the door. John seemed as eager to go as Aaron was which made me laugh again. "Why are you laughing so much all the time?" John asked. "I don't know, you guys are just funny" I said after I got myself to stop laughing.

John went into the driver's seat and Adam sat in the passenger seat next to him, which left Aaron and I sitting in the back. During the ride Aaron talked to Adam and John about London while I dozed off. I was glad they were all getting along so well.

We got to the ice rink and John and Adam got us the skates and after a minute they were already racing in the rink, laughing and just enjoying themselves. In the meantime was still trying to figure out how to put on the skates while Aaron sat next to me laughing. I finally got the skates on and tried standing up, only to fall into Aarons waiting arms. "Thanks" I mumbled embarrassed.

"It's fine, c'mon let me help you, don't be embarrassed. Everyone's like that at the beginning" Aaron reassures me while helping me stand stably. "Ok now let's try taking a step" Aaron said taking a step and I did after him "god, now let's try walking until the gate" Aaron said leading me to the gate.

"I'm starting to get this!" I said excitedly after a few steps. "Great! You want to try alone?" Aaron said laughing at how excited I was. "Ok" I said and took a step alone without falling. I managed to walk all the way to the gate without falling and then I stopped scared. "Hey, look at me" Aaron said when he saw how scared I was so I did.

"You'll be fine. There's a rail that you can hold on to, and I'm here and I won't let you fall" he said while looking into my eyes and it relaxed me. I took a step and went onto the ice and immediately clutched the rail as if my life depended on it. A second later Aaron stood next to me and held his hand for me to take. "No way" I said still sticking to the rail.

"At least start moving while holding the rail" Aaron said and I did. I took a few steps and then fell straight on my butt. Before I could understand what was happening John was next to me laughing. "Looking good Jen" he said and skated away. "Showoff" I mumbled and Aaron laughed while grabbing my hand and helping me up. We continued like that for about 20 minutes, John and Adam passing us and making comments while I slowly become more confident and get away from the rail and hold only onto Aaron.

"You're really improving" Aaron said and smiled at me when the two of us skated slowly a little farther from the rail. "I wouldn't have been able to do this without you" I said honestly "tell you the truth I'm doing this for selfish reasons, just so that I'll have an excuse to take you on another date to Rockefeller center to make sure you still know how to skate" he said and we both laughed.

"Well I don't mind. I enjoy this even though I'm still a little scared" I said as I pulled apart from him to try and skate alone "well its natural" he said and skated next to me but also giving me space to try skating alone. "You're doing great" Aaron encouraged me and I decided to go faster and closer to the middle when I saw I was doing fine.

Suddenly I felt someone grab my hand and skating with me fast towards the middle, I looked and saw John grinning widely so I let go and slapped his arm away while we both laughed. "Hey! I planned on doing that!" Aaron came and fake pouted which made me laugh. "You have a boyfriend, go annoy him, no me!" I said jokingly just as Adam came in our direction.

"Oh he's annoyed me so much so he decided to take a break from me and bother you" he said and skated away from John who was trying to catch him which left me and Aaron alone in the middle of the rink laughing. "They're cute together, and they're happy right? I should stop worrying about him so much" I said more to myself than to Aaron.

"Yes, they're cute and happy. He's your little brother so you're worried, but you don't need to anymore, he grew up and he can take care of himself" Aaron reassured me. "Thanks" I said and leant on Aaron which wasn't the smartest thing since we both almost fell. "For what?" he asked after we gained our balance back. "For being you, and for being here for me, and making me happy" I said.

And that's when I realized something that terrified me. I was falling in love with Aaron. We've been together for such a short time and I was already feeling like that. And he's Aaron Tveit! What was he even doing with someone like me? And he would never fall in love with someone like me! What did I get myself into? I'll just end up hurt!

"Is everything ok?" Aaron asked, he must've noticed that I was caught up in thoughts, I just can't let him know what thoughts. "Yes, everything is great" I said and fake smiled at him. "Ok" he said and I could tell he wasn't sure if to believe me but luckily he ignored it. "Are you hungry?" he asked after a few more minutes of skating quietly together.

"Yes" I said. It was already close to noon and the drive to the nearest diner would take a while. "Ok, so let's tell John and Adam that we want to eat" he said and skated towards them hoping to scare them from behind. Sadly, just a second before Adam noticed him and ruined it all. Ten minutes later we were in the car and before John even turned on the engine I was already fast asleep, leaning my head on Aarons shoulder.

I hope you enjoyed this. Votes and comments would be very much appreciated!
