Anna rode her horse for what felt like hours. The wind flying through her golden hair.

She had helped Albert gain confidence, helped with his farm and made a life long friend, but all she wanted was to go home.

As she rode, she came across a beautiful and familiar house.

Sat on the porch was a figure with a guitar, feet kicked up on the fencing, black hat tilted down as smoke bellowed from under it

Sat on the porch was a figure with a guitar, feet kicked up on the fencing, black hat tilted down as smoke bellowed from under it.

Sat all around the figure were dogs.

As she got closer, she could hear the figure singing.

"The bitter taste on my tongue
Too many holes, the damage done
It's bittersweet, black on gold
Talk is cheap, or so I'm told

I'm gonna ride this bike to the edge of town
Roll to the bridge with my eyes shut
And spit at the stars
And scream in the dark
There's nothing I can do to change it now
But if I cut myself open, baby
You can read all my scars
Read all my scars"

As the singer played, Anna found herself getting off her horse, before leaning against a tree.

"Hello, goodbye
There's a million ways to die
Should've left me way back
Should've left me way back
By the roadside
Hello, goodbye
I was staring in the devil's eyes
Should've left me way back
Should've left me way back
By the roadside

It's a bitter taste

Jagged stain on my skin
Broken leg, born again
Wide glide, upside down
Twisted frame, my new crown"

While the person sang, a couple of the dogs looked over at the blonde, heads tilted.

"I'm gonna ride this bike till the break of day
Rolling through the garden like the fountain
Won't take it away
I'm not gonna change
I'm gonna live so hard, these broken wings
Will lift me to the sun so I can burn
Up in the flames
Again and again

Hello, goodbye
There's a million ways to die
Should've left me way back
Should've left me way back
By the roadside
Hello, goodbye
I was staring in the devil's eyes
Should've left me way back
Should've left me way back
By the roadside

It's a bitter taste
It's a jagged stain
It's a bitter taste
It's a jagged stain

Hello, goodbye
There's a million ways to die
Should've left me way back
Should've left me way back
By the roadside
Hello, goodbye
There's a million ways to die
Should've left me way back
Should've left me way back
By the roadside

It's a bitter taste"

As the song ended, the figure looked up. Revealing a woman. Dress in men's clothes, a cigarette between soft lips, and a white glass eye as a left eye where a scar was carved into the woman's face.

Anna smiled, walking towards the house.

The dogs came running up, circling her while barking.

The woman on the porch whistled, recalling the animals before walking to meet the woman.

"I take it you're not here for Leatherwood?"

She asked, crossing her arms when finally face to face.

"Not this time white glass, he's dead."

The woman's eyes widened, she blew out air before speaking again.

"Damn, unlucky bastard." She said, before pausing and looking at the woman. Smiles slowly rising on their faces.

"You home for good now?"

Anna stepped closer and threw her arms around the woman's neck.

"Well with Clinch 6ft in the ground, and you neing his left hand.. you're the boss now. So, what do you think?"

The woman took of her hat and threw it down before roughly pulling Anna into her body.

"I think, that means you're mine now Anna. And call me white glass when we're alone, and I'll have you screaming my real name honey."

Anna smirked and lent in closer. "Doesn't sound like a threat, Y/n."
