I wake up in Pony's arms,without a top. I turn to him and he is awake looking blankly at the wall. "what happened last night?" I ask him. "I think we..." he said. I get frightened. "you don't think..." I look at him. "maybe." he says. he gets out of bed trying to find his top and pants. I keep my head towards the window until he says I can turn around once he left my room. when he left I found my top and pants. I put them on quickly and went down stairs to eat. everyone was down there looking all lousy and confused. everyone but pony was there. I grabbed an apple and went to the park to my secret place. no one new about it. I always go there when dally got in the cooler or he hit me, I would come here to clear my mind or just hang out. I rarely cry but when I do it is something very important or serious.this was that time.
Ponyboy's POV
I sat at the desk in my room. staring at the wall in shock of what happened last night. dally and Darry are gonna kill me. I didn't want to leave my room so I stayed there the whole day just thinking of the bad things that could happen to me and lila. I am sorry I did this to you lila. with that I fell asleep on the bed.
