Neither Kai or Taehyun came out of their rooms for the rest of the day.
Soobin and Yeonjun were downstairs, not leaving each other side.
Sunoo, Niki, and Jungwon hadn't spoken a single word since earlier. They were each in different rooms of the house.
Sunoo laid on the bed in the room he once shared with Beomgyu.
Sunghoon came in, seeing Sunoo crying to his pillow. He sat down on the bed next to him.
"Sunoo, are you sure you want to be in here?"
Sunoo looked up at him.
"We stayed up some nights. Watching videos together...he comforted me...he cared for me, like a brother."
"I know. It's...terrible. No one expected this to happen."
Sunoo saw tears forming in Sunghoon's eyes.
He sat up and hugged him.
"I miss him, his contagious laughter. His smile. His bright energy.", Sunghoon said.
"Me too...I miss him to much. I don't know if life will be the same."
The two sat on that bed together, actually enjoying each other's embrace for the first time in a while.
Jungwon laid in his room, silently sobbing into the bedsheets.
Taehyun came in, and sat next to the boy.
He quietly picked him up, hugging him tightly.
"Do you want to talk about it Wonie?"
"I miss him hyung..."
"Me too...me too. And I'm so sorry that this happened. I should have known."
Jungwon looked up at him.
"It's not your fault Hyun. None of us noticed."
"That's what Soobin said...but...I know he doesn't mean it."
There was a knock on the door, and Jake walked in.
"Hey. I came to check on you all. This house is too quiet."
"We're okay.", Taehyun said.
"Alright. We'll, it's late. If you can sleep, then please try. A lot happened today, I know, but you still need rest."
"Thanks Jake.", Jungwon said.
Jake left the room.
The two boys stayed in their spot.
