SAME THOUGHTS

Mixed feelings, guilt, shame, anger and a bit of happiness were the emotions that Carter felt at that moment.

He couldn't believe what he had done. It still seemed like an imagination to him but he knew what had happened.

He kissed his teacher.

As he laid down on his bed, his mind couldn't help but drift back to the kiss.

It was the best he had experienced. Even Becca his girlfriend never ignited him in such a way Miss Lucy's lips did. Who wouldn't feel happy about kissing a person they had been admiring for a while, but he knew it was wrong.

Carter thought of how their lips moulded into each other. It was fixed like a jigsaw. At that moment, Carter knew that he was falling but would he risk it all for her? She could lose her job, he thought.

Carter knew he couldn't continue thinking about his teacher romantically.

He stared at his phone, debating whether to call her or not to apologize, and he decided to send her a text message;

"Dear Miss Lucy, I want to apologise for my ill-mannered behaviour in your office. It would not ever repeat itself."

Meanwhile, Lucy couldn't help but trace her fingers on her lips, imagining the feel of his lips when he deepened the kiss, and she could feel herself getting aroused at the thought of it.

"Stupid," she called herself.

"He's your student. You aren't supposed to be thinking about him in such a way," but she knew she couldn't deceive herself.

She was attracted to him. She was attracted to his well-built body, his sculpted jawline and his deep voice that caused her mind to wander to vile thoughts.

Lucy hoped that he would call or text her, either one. Even though she knew it would be an apology message, she still longed for it.

Not long after, her phone beeped, notifying her that she had received a message. She curiously unlocked her phone and a smile crept up her face as the name appeared on her screen, clicking on the text, it was an apology message.

Lucy decided she had to stop thinking about Carter.

"I could lose my teaching license!" She exclaimed to herself.

This has to stop.

She decided within herself, hoping that the feeling would go away. She couldn't start getting attracted to him just because he kissed her.

She wouldn't deny that she had felt something tug in her every time she sees him. He was hot, and the most popular boy in school. Lucy knew most girls were dying to be with him and the fact that she was sure he has a girlfriend, disturbed her in a way she couldn't explain.

She rolled her eyes at the thought of him having a girlfriend, causing her to hiss.

She replied to the text, saying that he shouldn't worry about it and it wasn't much of a big deal. She further said he should not tell anyone about it.
