Vampire and Werewolf, not the expected combo.

Jacob and I have been dating for about 4 months now and I have yet to tell him that I am a vampire. I have always tried to avoid the supernatural topic because werewolves and vampires don't have that great of a background. I have always been scared that if I were to tell him, he would break up with me. Recently, I have been thinking about telling him. It just feels wrong, hiding something this big from him, it could change the way he sees me. There is one thing that makes me different from the other vampires in Forks, the same thing that could make Jacob hate me even more. I only drink animal blood.

Tonight, I'm at Bella's house for a sleepover. It is getting late, and we are getting ready for bed. I stood up and got lightheaded, so I sat back down so I didn't fall over.

I think Bella saw because I heard her say, "Y/n? You, okay?"

"Yeah, I'm good"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, just a little lightheaded"

"When was the last time you fed?"

"Few days ago, I think."

"I'll be right back."

Bella disappeared into her bathroom and returned with a pouch of red liquid.

"Do you just have random animal blood lying around?" I joke.

"I keep it in a small fridge in my bathroom, just in case."

I drank the whole pouch and Bella took it from my hands. She threw it out in her trash can then looked at me, probably making sure I was okay.

"Thanks"

We sat in an awkward yet comfortable silence until Bella broke it, "You should tell Jacob."

"No, Bella. I have told you this before. Vampires and werewolves don't have good history together."

"But if he really loved you, it wouldn't matter."

"Bella"

"Don't you think finally telling him after 4 months would be a weight off your shoulders?"

"Bella"

"You see how Edward doesn't care that I'm human?"

"That's different"

"He sucks the blood out of people like me."

"And? Our ancestors hate each other. They never got along."

"Y/n"

I let out a deep sigh, "I hate you so much."

"You know you love me."

"I'll tell him tomorrow, date night."

"Sounds good"

"We should probably go to bed though."

"Yeah, night Y/n"

"Night Bella"

Bella shut the light off in her room and I drifted to sleep shortly after.

The next morning, Bella and I went to stores to shop but never actually bought anything. We met up with Edward at The Carver Cafe and then drove to Jacob's house. It seemed like the whole ride; all Edward and Bella were talking about is how I finally decided to tell Jacob. When we got there, Jacob was standing at his door waiting. I hopped out of Bella's truck and was met with Jacob.

He instantly wrapped his arms around me and lifted me off the ground, "I missed you so much."

I giggled, "You saw me yesterday."

"I don't care, it was too long."

I said bye to Bella and Edward then walked with Jacob into his house. Before we walked in, I looked over my shoulder and saw Bella giving me a thumbs up out of her window.

Jacob brought me into his room, and we laid down on the bed and started cuddling. Now, Y/n. Do it now.

"Jacob" I say.

"Yes Y/n?"

I sit up, "I have something to tell you."

He sits up too, "Is it about why you have been acting kind of weird around me the past couple weeks?"

"Yeah"

"I didn't want to ask in case it was personal but, I am kind of curious."

"So, basically, um" I take a deep breath, "God, why is this so hard to say?"

"It's okay, take your time."

"I'mavampire" I spit out fast.

"Y/n, slow down. I didn't understand you."

"I'm a vampire"

Jacob just looks at me, I can't read the look on his face, so I start getting really nervous.

"I just" I continued, "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner. I didn't want the whole situation between our ancestors to get in the way of our relationship and cause you to break up with me but-"

I was cut off by Jacob's lips on mine, "I won't break up with you. Even though our ancestors may have not liked each other, that doesn't mean that I am going to hate you."

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, "Oh thank god."

"And I promise, that if any other werewolf finds out, they won't hurt you or break us apart."

We laid back down and cuddled for the rest of the night.

Bella was right, a weight was lifted off of my shoulders.

a/n: i hope this came out good. it is mid length, about 750 words. last one for tonight, hopefully I update again this month especially because I have february break coming up. Feb 18-Feb 27
