Mixed Feelings

Feelings can be mixed in good ways or bad ways. Sometimes they can be easily avoided but sometimes they can be really intense and link into something bigger and more intense. We all can feel this way with the person we spend time with a lot and that's the case with Sonic as when Amy is gone something inside of him wishes he could still be with her.

Sonic's POV

(Village, Day)

So after another Eggman attack we were helping all the injured villagers and we all rescue the kitten stuck in the tree

Tails: ok, now that we're done here i'm gonna go get some tools to fix my plane

Knuckles: ugh again Tails, why not come to the beach and finish that volleyball match

Sticks: Knuckles is right, you promised him you'd do the rematch

Tails: what? Sonic say something

Sonic: Sorry buddy, a promise is a promise. Well while you guys do that i'll happily watch you from the sidelines Sticks wanna join?

Sticks: eh i guess so as long as we get a good view of Tails losing miserably to Knuckles

Then we all walk to the beach while arguing and debating on who will win. Obviously i was going for Tails and Sticks was going for Knuckles but who knows both of them have pretty good skills and are good volleyball players

(Beach, Day)

So as me and Sticks were commenting the game and calling out Knuckles for not being a team player during the game i suddenly hear someone calling my name

Sonic: huh?

Sticks: oh boy

Then we see...Perci and Staci they wave to me and call my name to come over and talk to them. God, what i would give to just pull a run away kind of situation here but then Knuckles sees them and eventually shows his muscles towards them in which they liked (of course) then overtime Tails beats him in the game and as Sticks goes and plays the next game i see Perci taking Sticks's sunbed and sitting down next to me

Perci: Sonic, hey

Sonic: (looking up at the sun) oh hey Perci

Perci: what did you think of my valentines day present? Did Amy give it to you?

Sonic: yep and yeah it was a good present Perci

Perci: perfect, so anything else you gotta say? I was thinking we could go to the carnival tonight just the two of us

Sonic: oh, i was gonna skip that i have other plans

Perci: (annoyed) what other plans?

Sonic: another Eggman attack and possibly going for a run and..just busy yeah

Perci: i get it, fine (stands up) but i'm onto you Sonic i know you're lying but i'll let it go for now

Then she walks away keeping her eye on me. Yeesh, real creepy i'll definitely be sleeping in Tails's house tonight as he has a door that locks.
