Now that things have changed, it's official that Sonic is in the friend-zone while Amy is now head over heels over another guy. This is called the switch now the trope plays as the girl who fell first but he fell too late. But will this trope play out or will something change soon?
Amy's POV
(Espio's Car)
So now we are off, we started driving down the highway heading to the vacation house. Espio's eyes were glued to the road while Silver was telling me and Blaze some stories to pass up the time since we were gonna be in this car for about two hours.
Blaze: Hey, has anyone heard from Sonic?
Silver: uh he texted me, he's leaving now
Amy: Sweet, hey can someone change the radio?
Silver: i got it, but no Taylor Swift Amy
Amy: (groans) aw come on, fine put on your playlist then Silver

Espio: (shakes his head) oh you two
Silver: come on Espio, i'll play a song in here that i know you like
Espio: (chuckles) ok fine just don't try to distract me while i'm driving alright

Then as Silver plays the song i see Blazes's eyes caught on a book and her slowly falling fast asleep
Amy: (softly) hey, you need a pillow Blaze?
