This is when you're stuck in the middle. You have two sides and 50% chance of choosing one or another but you're unsure of what to do or where to go. Sometimes you feel you're on the right path. But maybe that's what you think when really the other perspectives seeing this path know it's wrong. This is a common mistake that one individual in this story has learned. But who's to say the other won't learn the same too?
Amy's POV
(calling Sonic)
Oh please pick up. Why does a part of me fear he's back to that step and I'm just gonna be the one supporting his every move again?
Sonic: (answering the phone) H-Hey Ames, i didn't expect a call
Amy: sorry, i was out today i just saw your messages now
Sonic: (answering the phone) that's fine, I knew you would eventually pick up. So I'm guessing you got my message about Perci?
Oh boy..
Amy: (forced grin) yeah, so happy for you and her-
Sonic: (laughing through the phone) you're joking right? No, i wanted to just tell you about her being totally clingy and pinning onto me since Valentines Day
Amy: damn, you're not giving her a chance at all?
Sonic: no, why should i? I mean what i said that night when you told me about my side of romance and all that...feelings stuff

Sonic: So a little birdie told me you went out to meet someone huh?
Blaze...i swear to god-
Amy: yeah, i did...look i wanted to tell you but i still don't know where we're heading yet
Then I hear him mumble something out of nowhere...weird. Before i question what he previously said he coughs loudly and decides to speak
Sonic: Well uh...hey are you going to Rouge's Party?
Amy: Yeah, of course. Did you get her invite?
Sonic: of course i did, it's no party without me there
Amy: just...no, don't ever say that again
Sonic: (admits in defeat) yeah ok, well uh i should go, it's pretty late now right?
